Thanks all! Now for some "tough love"... The large whiskey zippy and medium pocket paddy are "in". They both passed the initial test which was...Would I use them within 2-3 days? Both are great. I also like the medium pocket paddy in chocolate (and NO, I did not purchase that one).

I will keep the medium black zippy bouler. It is another "fun" bag...I was thinking about black bags when I purchased the large zippy...the large grey/black zippy is definitely going back as I prefer the more black/black of the medium zippy and pocket satchel.

The whiskey tote actually looks good on the shoulder (much better than the arm). I think it will make a great travel bag...so while sentiments are against, I think I will be keeping that one as well... I can see the whiskey tote going with me on the airplane to the Amalfi Coast in May and China in July... Along with 1 or 2 of my black bags...

I'm thinking of bidding on this one ...

Do you think it's a real one?

Thanks for your expert advice.

ooh, now that i like

About the Noir. Daisy is right - it was introduced as "the new black" last fall/winter and Chloe kept the word Noir for both the new faded black (which is really a slate blue-grey) and regular black. SoCal - Like Daisy, I don't see the blue-grey tone in your Noir - perhaps it is not showing up in pics? No matter since it's going back! This is my Noir satchel (the new black).

chic_chick -- I honestly don't think the leather would ever split, unless your carrying around a bowling ball inside the bag.

i've got lots to carry in my bag... hunny says it's like a bowling ball already. heheee  as strong as guys r suppose to be, u wonder when they complain about holding ur bag while u're in the change room... anyway, it's only 2wallet, keys, makeup, small bottle of water and diary. i can't leave any1 of that behind  but thanks for the reassurance about the leather =) n again.. love love love loooovvveeee ur new blanc. u've to keep this one.. :woot:

SoCal - I love all your new bags on you! I would not choose the tote for myself because I think it is one of those bags with a purpose - travel, major on-foot shopping sprees for example - and it sounds like it is going to suit you well. I am not a fan of black bags in general (why I chose "the new black" instead of pure black) but the pocket Paddy has enough going on that it makes the black look more interesting.

Enjoy your new kids!! :D

Thanks all! Yes, living 15 minutes from the Chloe boutique as well as Nordstrom, NM, and Ron Herman presents a bit of a "challenge"...

And the east coast stores...no tax at BG or Henri B...are open as I sit in traffic on the way to work...

It is fun (I must have that hunter/gatherer spirit)...good thing I am a bit practical about use in the end!

hmm.. the leather looks wayy too stiff  . n that usually indicates a fake. n the price is wayyyy too low with only 20 hrs remaining...

if i had to sell my used paddy, i wouldn't start a bid at that amount.

:brows: ugh.. so_cal, it's ur fault... hehee, love the pocket chloe. but i also love the zippy.. aaarrgghh.. hmm which one's more practical? IMO zippy would b a good carryon bag for travel however pocket chloe would b great for emergency lipgloss n easy to grab the phone out of hehee.. choices.. which one to buy if u only had to pick one?? :bounce:

Chic Chick, I think the pocket paddy is more practical than the zippy (one large compartment as compared to two smaller ones). Happy to be a terrible influence!

SoCal...you are the Bag Goddess...great choices:woot: ...you are the Sara Jessica Parker of CHloe handbags...by the way....saw the new movie today...Matthew McConaughey is my new crush:blush:.

I'm thinking about the med. big pocket in black...I need a new black bag...my SA @ NM in St. Louis will let me know something on Sat. Any leads????

I don't usually leave delicate matters like that to my SA...but she always gives me Friends and Family passes:cry: .

So, have any of you actually used the lock to lock your bag up?? Just curious and would love to hear stories as to why. I have a teenager who just loves to use my makeup and I happen to keep some of the good stuff in my bag. I'm thinking of locking it up to keep her out!

Thanks for the help with the other ebay auction.

What do you think of this one?

Many thanks.

Fakes. I suggest starting the search 'highest price first'. Paddies retail at over 1500$ in the US. Even the used ones go for around 1000$

EXACTLY. LMAO at these sellers peddling fake crap and marking it as "used". I noticed that's the latest technique.
