Daily Exercise #3

1 hour elliptical machine
free weights
some leg exercise machine thingy
 
Yesterday:
40 minutes stairmaster

Today: Bike ride or the gym haven't decided yet.
 
Yesterday: Elliptical for 50 minutes
Today: 40 minute bike ride outside.
 
Nothing today.
Yesterday (Sat:( half an hour run
Friday: Nothing
Thursday: 2 hours iyengar yoga (personalised instruction because no one else turned up for the class!)
Wednesday: half hour run
Tuesday: 1 hour spinning (included at lactate threshold test)
Monday: one and half hours water polo training
 
Yesterday:
Walked 41 blocks. (in the rain! Up hill! Both ways! lol)
Today:
50 minutes Elliptical.
 
1 hour walking my nephew in the stroller then I am off to do 1 hour on the treadmill, walking/jogging.
 
Today: 1 hour elliptical (to make up for a yesterday of doing absolutely nothing.)
and Yoga later!
 
Friday, bike ride over bridge to East Village, and bike ride home.
Saturday, ride over bridge to Union Square and then back.
Today: 40 minute bike ride running errands.
 
I haven't posted here in forever but I've been exercising everyday!

Lately it has been:

1 hour running/walking on the treadmill
~1 hour on a stepper machine
