I thought of the couple from House too ( Jesse Spencer / Jennifer Morrison) too, but you're right they aren't well know and I really doubt they would be the topic of a blind item.

If that is a correct assumption, could it be Chris and Kate Hudson -- they lived in a house in NY or something. I can totally see him dressing in drag!

Then again if they have split but no one knows, I think the Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew guess was very good! He has always struck me as very effeminate.
