Almost from the moment she left rehab, Lindsay Lohan has been leaking that she's been staying sober by f-cking Tom Hardy. There were reports that he was her sober coach. Then he denied that. So she's probably been all over his *** trying to angle for a set of "candids" of them getting coffee or going bowling.

Hardy is engaged to British actress Charlotte Riley. No girl, no matter how secure, would enjoy any speculation about her man and Lindsay Lohan. Needless to say then, Tom hasn't yet been responsive to Lohan's begging. Which is why Lilo has had to resort to this. On Twitter - where else? - posting out of the blue yesterday a clarification tweet that she and Tom are just friends, thus linking their names together again.

In other words, Tom Hardy has made headlines once in the last month for being Bane in the new Batman, and three times for being Lilo's bff.

Again, as noted previously, if I'm his PR, I'm not happy about this at all. The problem though - in this case - is that he's a good guy. He legitimately doesn't want her to continue sucking at life, having had his own dark times and come through. Unfortunately Tom's compassion is misplaced. Because while Lilo is an [censored] recovered, she's also a selfish narcissist, always. And she will bleed all the attention she can out of whoever she can until she brings that person down with her.

The fired Betty Ford Center worker who accused Lindsay Lohan of attacking her, and then refused to cooperate with the criminal investigation, spoke to law enforcement last week, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Owen Latham McIntosh, the new lawyer for Dawn Holland, told RadarOnline.com: “As far as I know the Riverside District Attorney’s investigation is still on-going.

“They briefly spoke with my client last week but we have not heard anything more from them relating to any charges them may or may not be pursuing.”
Michael Lohan admitted to RadarOnline.com last week that he discussed a payoff with Holland’s team but claimed she then got “greedy.” Holland told RadarOnline.com that she never signed anything, denied a payoff scheme but then contradicted herself, admitting a plan was discussed for photos of herself with Lindsay to be taken and sold.

It is unclear if Holland is once again cooperating with investigators, who are suspicious of her sudden decision to not talk after filing a police complaint.
Holland dumped attorney Keith Davidson for McIntosh, who blasted the Betty Ford Center for turning its back on Holland.

"As far as I am concerned the real issue here is that Betty Ford has ‘dropped the ball’ as far as my client is concerned with this case,”McIntosh told RadarOnline.com.
“I have put in around six calls to their insurance carrier Sedgewick CMS and have yet to have a response regarding my client’s workers compensation claim which is ridiculous.

“She is living off temporary disability benefits just now while they are stalling about the ‘cause and scope’ of her work at Betty Ford at the time of the incident.
“It is all just delaying tactics and something will have to be resolved sooner than later for my client.”

Holland claimed that Lindsay attacked her at the Betty Ford Center when the actress returned late one night and received injuries as a result.
RadarOnline.com broke the story about the payment scheme and we also reported exclusively that the prosecutor handling the case suspects Holland was paid and that’s why she stopped cooperating with investigators.

Lindsay Lohan personally called 911 after a “high speed chase” with paparazzi — this according to those in her camp who tell RadarOnline.com the actress was “scared and frustrated” with the shutterbugs’ attention.
The LAPD Pacific Division has confirmed to RadarOnline.com there was a “very, very minor incident” which officers responded to in Venice Beach around 12.45pm on Tuesday.

When police arrived, Lohan, 24, spoke with the officers before leaving to attend a meeting.
No charges were filed.

But according to Lohan’s camp, the incident was so serious she is considering asking her lawyer to go to court in a bid to get a restraining order.
“One of the photographers was the same paparazzo who followed her when she was at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs,” a source close to the Mean Girls star told RadarOnline.com.

“He drives a Prius with tinted windows and follows her everywhere she goes, often speeding and running up to her when it stops at traffic lights. It’s dangerous and stalking.”
