Michael Lohan Rushed to Hospital For Chest Pains 1/31/2011 3:25 PM PST by TMZ Staff
Michael Lohan is being rushed to the hospital after experiencing chest pains ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Michael was at a doctor's office in Newport Beach, CA for a consultation about getting his nose fixed -- a nose which has been broken several times over the years.

Michael began complaining of chest pains, so the nurse took his blood pressure which alarmed her enough to call 911. We're told his blood pressure was 200/110.

Michael is en route to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach.

UPDATE: We're told Michael needs emergency surgery on a blocked artery and will stay at the hospital overnight.

The cast of "Glee" apologized to Lindsay Lohan for mocking her during an episode last year ... TMZ has learned.

Lindsay was out at dinner in West Hollywood Sunday night when she ran into the cast (minus Jane Lynch and Lea Michele) ... and naturally, that episode -- mocking Lindsay's frequent trips to rehab -- came up .

Sources tell us the cast walked up to LiLo ... apologized for the jokes ... and said they didn't mean to hurt her feelings. Lindsay accepted their apology and everyone parted ways.

Don't expect the same thing to happen if Lindsay bumps into Jay Leno. Or David Letterman. Or Jon Stewart. Or Jimmy Kimmel. Or ...

Lindsay Lohan was snapped arriving home with her friend Patrick at 3am this morning, and our photographers tell us the starlet looked like she "had definitely been drinking."
One of our photogs spotted a glass of champagne inside the car, and Lindsay seemed so paranoid she ended up calling the cops and driving off! Our photographer added, "Lindsay was pulling the same tricks she used to back in her wild party days -- ducking under to avoid being photographed and getting agitated with the paps."

A insurance firm has found that fired Betty Ford Center worker Dawn Holland “was not the aggressor” in her bust-up with Lindsay Lohan, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Holland’s lawyer Owen Latham McIntosh broke the news to RadarOnline.com exclusively and has won the important battle of getting his client’s temporary disability benefits re-instated by Betty Ford after she was fired following the incident at the famous rehab in December, 2010.
McIntosh also tells RadarOnline.com that he has not ruled out a civil lawsuit against Lindsay.
“I can confirm that Betty Ford’s insurance carrier Sedgewick CMS found out in their investigation that my client was ‘not the aggressor’ during the incident and that it did take place under the ‘course and scope’ of her employment at the center,” McIntosh told RadarOnline.com.
“She is now going to get her disability re-instated in around two weeks time – she will be entitled to two-thirds of her weekly income based on her average weekly earnings each year.
“My client’s physician has already signed-off that she is temporarily disabled at the moment and therefore eligible for her benefits – I think that Betty Ford were inconsiderate to turn their backs on her.
“We have still not heard anything back from the Riverside District Attorney’s Office with regard to my client or any case they may or may not decide to pursue against her.
“Several issues remain to be considered before we decide to file any civil suit on my client’s behalf and although we have not filed anything yet it is not something we have ruled out either.
“Obviously, Dawn Holland is very pleased about these latest developments in her case and with the findings of the insurance company.”
Holland claimed she was injured after Lindsay attacked her at the Betty Ford Center when the actress returned late one night.

RadarOnline.com broke the story that Michael Lohan offered $25,000 to Holland after the worker refused to cooperate with the police investigation against Lindsay. We also reported exclusively that the prosecutor handling the case suspects Holland stopped cooperating with investigators because of a potential payoff.

Cops have asked a Los Angeles judge for a search warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s Venice Beach home because they suspect she has stolen a high end piece of jewelry, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
What’s more, RadarOnline.com has also learned that investigators told the court they have video of the 24-year-old Hollywood actress wearing the missing bling!
"Lindsay is being accused of stealing high end jewelry, including a necklace,” one law enforcement source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com.
“A search warrant was requested Tuesday at the Airport Court to search Lindsay's house for the item of jewelry in question.
“Lindsay has been photographed and there is video of her wearing the jewelry she is accused of stealing.”
If the jewelry is valued at $5,000 or more, the Mean Girls starlet, who is relishing her freedom after jail and rehab, could be charged with a felony.

Michael Lohan -- Out of Surgery

Michael Lohan is out of surgery and resting comfortably at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA.

We're told MiLo had the emergency procedure done, which determined he has a blockage in the posterior interventricular artery of his heart.

According to our sources, the blockage is being treated by his doc, Dr. Farzan Rajput of Newport Beach, who believes Michael can make a full recovery.

UPDATE: Lohan was spotted a little while ago at a Jack in the Box around the corner from the hospital. He wasn't pleased to see to the photogs and never actually went inside.

Lindsay Lohan Suspected in Jewelry Theft

Lindsay Lohan has just turned a super-expensive piece of jewelry over to cops that landed her in the middle of a police investigation ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... last week the owner of an L.A. store filed a police report, claiming a $5,000 necklace was stolen from her business. We're told the store surveillance video shows Lindsay in the store, wearing the necklace before it disappeared, although it's unclear if the video actually shows Lindsay walking out of the store with the jewelry.

Cops were in the process of getting a warrant to search Lindsay's home, but last night one of Lindsay's associates turned the piece over to the cops.

Mind you, turning in stolen property doesn't make it right, so the owner can continue to press the case... so Lindsay -- who is still on probation -- is not out of the woods.

That would be an excellent way to show you were behaving- just like it would have been that night at Betty Ford...Her outrage is a little hollow given her past behavior and lack of any evidence to support what she says, which would be very easy to provide...I mean, she has to go back to court in a couple of weeks- wouldn't you want all the paperwork possible to keep you out of jail??
