LiLo's mom says star will be conservatively dressed for court
Dina says Lindsay couldn't help looking good in white dress that caused stir
Back to court Lindsay Lohan goes tomorrow.
Preferably wearing something black and conservative, mom Dina Lohan says.
Not that Lindsay's Kimberly Ovitz minidress wasn't lovely...
"Literally, Lindsay didn't think about it at all, she was coming from somewhere else that day, grabbed the dress and ripped the tags off right before she hopped in the car to go to court," Dina exclusively tells E! News in Los Angeles, where she's flown into from New York to be with her daughter in court tomorrow.
"People made such a big deal about it—but Lindsay, being a well-endowed girl, she couldn't help but look good in it. The dress wasn't risque, it came down to her knees. I told her that tomorrow she's got to wear a black pantsuit."
(Hmmm, guess Dina has a different definition of knees than the rest of us...)
Dina was laughing, but, no joke, Lindsay's wardrobe is going to be under the microscope Wednesday.
She's due in court to find out whether—by getting slapped with a felony theft charge, to which she's pleaded not guilty—a judge thinks that she has again violated her probation from her dual DUIs in 2007. They will also discuss whether a trial-avoiding deal can be made in the theft case.
For her part, Dina is finding this legal back-and-forth "exhausting."
"Once we get through tomorrow, hopefully Lindsay can put this all behind her. She's really serious about practicing what she learned at Betty Ford."
Especially because it may determine whether she finds gainful employment soon.
Sources tell E! News that the producers of the upcoming film "Escaping the Game" want to bring Lindsay on board, provided she has a sober companion with her at all times. We hear that the actress has already started reaching out to a few people but hasn't decided on a coach just yet.
