^ So what's the Vegas Line? Can she actually be taken away in cuffs??

^ She's just a normal girl out having a good time with her friends!! Oh, wait- that's the other one, never mind...

LiLo's mom says star will be conservatively dressed for court
Dina says Lindsay couldn't help looking good in white dress that caused stir

Back to court Lindsay Lohan goes tomorrow.
Preferably wearing something black and conservative, mom Dina Lohan says.
Not that Lindsay's Kimberly Ovitz minidress wasn't lovely...

"Literally, Lindsay didn't think about it at all, she was coming from somewhere else that day, grabbed the dress and ripped the tags off right before she hopped in the car to go to court," Dina exclusively tells E! News in Los Angeles, where she's flown into from New York to be with her daughter in court tomorrow.
"People made such a big deal about it—but Lindsay, being a well-endowed girl, she couldn't help but look good in it. The dress wasn't risque, it came down to her knees. I told her that tomorrow she's got to wear a black pantsuit."

(Hmmm, guess Dina has a different definition of knees than the rest of us...)

Dina was laughing, but, no joke, Lindsay's wardrobe is going to be under the microscope Wednesday.
She's due in court to find out whether—by getting slapped with a felony theft charge, to which she's pleaded not guilty—a judge thinks that she has again violated her probation from her dual DUIs in 2007. They will also discuss whether a trial-avoiding deal can be made in the theft case.
For her part, Dina is finding this legal back-and-forth "exhausting."
"Once we get through tomorrow, hopefully Lindsay can put this all behind her. She's really serious about practicing what she learned at Betty Ford."
Especially because it may determine whether she finds gainful employment soon.
Sources tell E! News that the producers of the upcoming film "Escaping the Game" want to bring Lindsay on board, provided she has a sober companion with her at all times. We hear that the actress has already started reaching out to a few people but hasn't decided on a coach just yet.

Did she stop at the cashier?

^ Stores loan her things all the time (whether they know it or not) since she is a big movie star and it is good for business!

Report: Lindsay Lohan Judge to Offer Plea with 'Significant' Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan is due back in court today for a preliminary hearing for grand theft and probation violation charges, and sources say the judge will present a plea bargain that includes jail time, TMZ reports.

Lohan will face Judge Keith L. Schwartz at today's hearing, where sources close to the case claim prosecutor Danette Meyers will present Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Holley, with an official plea bargain that includes significant jail time for her probation violation.

The deal also reportedly offers three years felony probation for the grand theft charge. If Lohan violates her probation during those three years, she could be sent to state prison.
Meanwhile, rumors of Lohan's recent late-night partying probably haven't helped her case.

Just in from the LA Times....

Lindsay Lohan case: No deal in sight as she returns to court

February 23, 2011

As Lindsay Lohan faces a judge Wednesday morning, sources told the Los Angeles Times she was not close to a plea deal.
Sources familar with the case told The Times that prosecutors were unlikely to accept a settlement in the case without some amount of jail time.Lohan's attorney has said the actress might be willing to plea bargain in the theft case if she were to receive no jail time. Lohan is accused of stealing a necklace from a Venice jewelry store.
Dmitry Gorin, a veteran former prosecutor, said Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley would have a hard time avoiding another trip to jail for her client. He noted that Lohan was already on probation for a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. If she were to receive probation after being charged with a felony, Gorin said, the district attorney could face accusations of giving Lohan special treatment.
Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, has said she is willing to consider a deal.

Dina Lohan is in Beverly Hills to support her daughter Lindsay who will be appearing before a judge within the hour on felony grand theft charges.
As Lindsay's mom left a nail salon, she commented on her thoughts of Lilo heading to court again. When asked if she's worried, Dina tells our videographer:
"I don't know if worried is the word for it... just pray."
Our videographer asks if Ms. Lohan will be moving to Los Angeles to be closer to Linds. Dina says, "I'm actually here a lot. Trust me. I just hide."
Dina is expected to arrive with Lindsay at the Los Angeles Airport Courthouse.

AND- A speeding ticket!!

Lindsay Lohan can find trouble pretty much anywhere ... most recently on the streets of West Hollywood, where she was corralled by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies.
Lindsay was going twice the speed limit -- allegedly -- when she was pulled over Sunday at around 9 PM. According to the ticket, Lindsay -- who was driving a Porsche -- was clocked going 59 mph in a 30 mile zone.
