Just throwing this out there but this season has been incredibly underwhelming in terms of new faces. Only a handful slightly excite me; Nirvana, Julia Fleming, who else?
Oh and added to that, I strongly feel management completely overexposed Lineishy. Im bored to death with her, the complete opposite of how I felt last season. They should have had us craving for more.

Does anyone know who's the model that opened Jacquemus? She was also the token black girl at Off-White (shame on you Virgil). Such a stunner!

If it was another model I would agree with you, but she's such a force and such a versatile model that I i'm still wanting more and more.

Also, when was the last time we saw a MOC (with natural afro hair, may I add) being the most in demand face in the industry? The answer is never. So I say keep booking her left and right, we need that.

I agree this could be the most underwhelming season in terms of casting (few veterans and a lot of bland models who are going to fade out quicly). Only Anna Mila Guyenz as newcomer excite me a bit but that is it.

I also agree Lineisy is such a boring model and so overrated right now.:/

btw, hands down, Kate G is a boss on the runway, I do really enjoy everytime she shows up on the runway. Depite being a vs angel, she's so high fashion and should be killing fashion week with that amazing walk.

Agree on both sides in terms of Linesiy, I really enjoy seeing her at all the shows but I also do think they may should scaled back just a bit maybe? I would hate for her to fall in that trap.

^Truth but I just look at her as a model instead of a represention of MOC.

As we should, but I hope that with her rise we might see the industry being more open to MOC and push them to think a little outside the box.

As good as it is to see a MOC doing so well (for how long will it last though), I also think Lineisy is very boring and I don't think she's versatile at all. She looks the same everywhere and her printwork is nothing but mediocrity. The overexposure surely doesn't help her either.

I really hate to say this but i'm already wondering who will take her place as the token "black" girl next season. Hopefully she'll somehow survive cause even if I don't like her I still think she's pretty.

Yes to this!! Finally we get a top walker who doesn't look like everybody else, she's in a league of her own at the moment, not even Malaikah had Lineisy's buzz, a star in the making.

Maybe it's just me, but I loved the casting at Vionnet. They had some surprises that I appreciated, it wasn't the same boring lineup that we've seen this season. Plus, Kirsten Owen closing is always a plus.

Regarding Lineisy, in a way, I think why not get what you can while you can? If she is going to be replaced in 1-2 seasons anyway, I'd rather see her everywhere and enjoy the limelight + success for as long as it lasts.

I wish that she and others had the luxury of remaining selective/exclusive in order to carve out an impressive long-lasting career but we've seen how this usually works out. To think that Malaika, Cora, Marihenny, Melodie, etc. were ever selective seeing where they are now (compared to where they used to be) and how quickly those opportunities dry up.

I liked the casting at Balmain!!! But i feel like it was less diverse than usual? My stream stalled for like 3 minutes, so i didn't see Lineisy? Did she walk? Shocked if she didn't.
