I'm not feeling this outfit.

I don't know if it's the dress I don't like or the fact that she can't pull it off (she's too tiny).

Also, she needs to fix her bangs. I know they are a pain in the ***, but like, wash them and blow them dry if you're gonna go for the look... if you're too lazy for that, forget it. Unkempt.

Can anyone ID this t-shirt? She's had it for a while and I love it. Everything about it is perfect - the a-line cut, the long, slouchy fit, the little cap sleeves. I thought it might be Nation Ltd, but on close examination, it's not as the cut is different. Any clues?
