Natalia in that gorgeous pink Fortuny.
I'm in the minority with Boomer in that I think Blake looks good. Gorgeous color, love the sleek hair and makeup, sure the dress is too much but I suspect that a lot of the hatred has more to do with people just hating her and very little to do with her wearing what could be considered a standard Versace dress that countless others have worn before and not been ripped to shreds over.
Iman in that Donna Karan looks gorgeous. Alek looks absolutely stunning in that bright pink with the dark makeup. Donna Karan herself (she pretty much is her own muse anyway) looks great. Oddly enough I love what Kate Moss is wearing, and that's probably the first and last time I'll ever say that. Karen Elson could be wearing a potato sack and still look amazing. And from the neck up/back view I think Ashley O. looks the best she ever has. I kinda love Sasha's outfit. Iris looks incredible in that Givenchy.
Aggy looks a bit like Gene Hackman in drag in The Birdcage. I'm not getting the fuss over Gisele as the dress looks like a knockoff version of the ones Versace showed for spring. Lauren Hutton I'm disappointed by. She herself looks as good as ever, but I don't like what she's wearing at all, which is unusual. Rhianna looks absurd, overstyled, trying too hard, desperate for exposure...they all apply. Nadja, it pains me to say, doesn't look her best there.
Overall this is a pretty disappointing turnout, at least so far. Who knows, maybe the Style.com coverage will redeem the event tomorrow. And the whole Alaia thing is quite possibly the most petty b.s. I have ever heard. You're snubbed? Fine, be pissed, but asking some extremely high profile guests not to wear the dresses that would likely have outshined all the others at the event is just stupid. I mean, that would've been the ultimate revenge.
