In the seconds that took me to click on the thread and while I was waiting for the image to load I kept wishing that they styled her as she´s been dressing lately irl, with a head piece and that african queen vibe that suits her so well. The moment I read that it was shot by Testino I thought I was going to hate the cover...
But I absolutely love it! and the styling is everything I was hoping for. The layout and masthead color compliments the image so well imo, her best Vogue cover up to date. Well done, Testino. I love the editorial as well, the images by the rocks are my favorite

I swear my heart just skipped a beat. This is one of the best Vogue US covers in a LONG time.

Lupita looks fantastic throughout, the styling is beautiful, the location is mesmerizing and the photos are of great significance. Can't wait to read her interview!

It has been years since i liked a Vogue US cover, The last and only one i liked enough to buy was in 2011 with Emma Watson, but this cover is simply spectacular. It's incredible that Wintour approved this, it's quite different from the senator wives fodder she churns every month.
