The rules kept changing. At one point they had amended the list of countries who were eligible, but not updated the pull-down list of countries on the entry form. So at one point, you couldn't enter the name of some eligible countries.

The skill-testing question is required by Canadian law. It's just a token so that it is not a game of chance, like a prize draw.

well ultimately the judges get to choose the winner for the fashion story, so i am assuming they picked jessica, because they thought she would work better in v mag, than the girl with the #1 votes. i don't think the 5 finalist will be determined until next week.
