Vogue Paris August 2016 Digital Edition

Im on my phone but for what I'm seeing the main editorial is one of the weakest story from this issue, imo...
I wish that Rianne has gotten the cover and "La Chair..." was the main editorial, that would have been fantastic imo.

I quite like the cover story, Raquel's and Rianne's editorials and Miss Vogue (model is Julia Banas by the way). Arizona's pictures are nice too and I'm always happy to see new stuff of hers though these ones look a little bit déjà vu to me (just as most beauty stories of this kind, actually).

Thank you, Aizanara!
I'd say this is another great issue from ALT. Love it.

YES! Another great issue from Emmanuelle!
I think that they need a balance between Emmanuelle & Anastasia. I wanted to see her vision in this issue.
"Rose Insolence" & "La Chair de L'Orchidée" are flawless. They are like an ode to the great days of Vogue Paris and of Paris during the decadent Palace years.
Rianne is so seductive!

"C'est Vogue" & "Eau Eclairée" are also flawless and powerful.

As for Raquel, i feel like Emmanuelle is playing with our nerves. She is doing the most even if her ed seems a bit quiet in this issue.

"Visage Découvert" & "Face Art" are the weakest ed in this issue but overall, Emmanuelle did a great job once again.
I can't wait for the september issue (i'll be upset if Raquel is in the issue but not on the cover:angry::angry:)

Quite a decent issue. It's refreshing to see Harley Weir, Charlotte Wales photos in VP. I appreciate that Alt gives chances to new photographers. And this mag is getting better and better.
Two eds styled by Alt--bad styling for my taste, beautiful photography.

After June-July, this is yet another issue I'll be buying as soon as it arrives... and I'm looking forward to the September issue now.

Arizona's editorial looks straight out of 2011. It's not that bad overall! I just don't like the unknown girl's editorials.

Another amazing issue. Rose Insolence has that creepy yet inviting vibe. The expressions are so captivating. However, I wish it were styled a bit better? But I love how the cover felt so sweet and yet bam, the editorial is a 180 turn.

Rianne is perfect for VP. That I&V editorial is stunning. Yes, I echo the sentiment that it had that strong cover story vibe. Cannot wait for Rianne's VP cover.

Raquel, stunning as usual. I love this VP editorial of hers because it feels fresh? It's not the nude, provocative side of hers. It's just laid back beauty. This has to be one of my favorite Suzanne editorials.

The beauty faces is stunning! Andreea's portrait is so captivating. So beautiful! Bella Hadid has arrived in VP everyone. She has arrived.

Great issue. The main ed is good, the ed with Rianne is stunning. Can't wait to see her on the cover. Raquel and Arizona also look great in their eds, even if the shots are boring.

I don't think this issue is terrible, but when will someone save us from this 80s hell the magazine is permanently trapped in?

Great issue overall, I'm kind of loving the 80's vibe, Arizona's the weakest link as it often happens with her, but overall I think is a great issue compared to what they've been doing lately and also compared to other Vogue editions these days

Well, they've certainly put a lot of effort into this issue!! I skipped on June/July, will get this issue instead. It's still excessively vintage, but at least there's some variety. I can let the few minor irks slide (the repetitive blur effect in both Sims and I&V's edits, Sims' awful use of natural light etc). The best of the lost is without a doubt the Harley Weir/Koller/Raquel edit. Everything blends so well here, and it's the perfect August feature. And will Alt please give Ben Hassett a beauty cover?? The man is criminally underrated, especially for them. Shot #5 would've been a stunning cover option.

It seems David Sims is really steaming ahead with Taylor Hill. Her second edit with him in VP so far, I think. Makes me think it won't be too long before we see her on the cover. Indeed, there's a strong resemblance with her and this Luna Bijl.

I love it! Especially Rianne, she would have ruled the cover. And Raquel is great as always of course.

I never get tired of Raquel. Ever. She could cover every Vogue edition 10 months out of the year and you would hear no complaints from me. In fact I would demand she get the other two months as well

I love the glamor and colorful 80s vibe of this issue. This might be the first issue of Alt that i really like.
