The lighting is very bad, and the shadow portion of her face is very distracting. Ugh.

Definitely has an 80's throwback feel. That enormous earring!
I'm usually not a fan of the harsh strobe light. It's never flattering. But it works with the blur effect.
The more I look at the cover the more I like it.

I'm looking forward to the editorial.

I agree, it looks like there is something off with her face and the light, I don't know, it doesn't convince me anymore.

Yes, to me her face looks totally disproportionate... It might be just bad lighting...

Must admit that I've always loved it whenever Vogue Paris have done a good ol' 80s themed editorial, so I do admire the overall look of this particular cover and I admire Alt for taking a chance with Luna. But with Luna looking so baby-faced and dolled up.. I'm reminded of that now infamous editorial by Carine Roitfeld from the Christmas Tom Ford issue..

This is an actually nice issue. The cover ed is fantastic, very 80s Newton! Luna is great in it, and there is a Raquel (with curly/wet hair) ed by Harley Weir, simple studio, but so good! She is such a great model! Overall shocked how much i love this issue.
