The fact that we don't have scans yet has absolutely nothing to do with the no scanning request rule. If someone has the magazine & wants to scan it they will... simple as that.

Yup, but I'm surprised that we're already at page 19 and yet we haven't got any proper eds posted

I think we can let our French members break and breathe for a bit... Even if it takes a while once the magazine reaches other countries (Such as the US) the members from those locations will always fill in what's missing
