Because of Meisel, Vogue Italia played a huge role on putting girls on the map and giving them their first major covers in the earlier part of the 2000's.

LOVE IT!! This is my all time favorite cover of any model out there. Its so mystical and it still intrigues me to this day. Never knew it was her first cover, its absolutely fantastic.
