And I always laugh at the winner pics with Tyra because Tyra always tries to steal the spotlight, which means making the winner look short and picking the worst shot.

Here's an interview for those interested in following Raina's career. She has already booked some post show work.

What are your plans when it comes to modeling?
I plan to move to New York or Los Angeles by the end of this summer and I will be pursuing modeling 100%. If I go to Los Angeles, I think I may dabble in acting, I think it would be a fun experience. I just booked my first international campaign in Dubai so at the end of the month I will be going there to do a photo shoot for them... it is for the store Symphony and it is having a grand opening at the largest mall in the world and they are featuring many famous designers including Vera Wang and they are doing a lookbook and a video and I am going to be their face for Autumn / Winter 2010... it's going to be featured in Harper's Bazaar Arabia so I am super excited. (How did you get the job?) They contacted The CW who then contacted me and I agreed immediately.

I always felt the worst photos came from Cycle 8. Renee, Jaslene, and Natasha were all horrifying photoshopped.

It looks like Gabrielle and Raina scored the first post-show gigs. It will be interesting to see which models from this cycle do the best. My faves are

the close up shot with Tyra wouldnt have been too bad face wise for Krista, she gives off an Ajuma kind of androgny but the angle is wrong

He has been such a MAJOR disappointment that I don't even. I can understand Tyra and Nigel not knowing anything going on in real fashion, but ALT? You're working at Vogue. I guess now it makes sense that Vogue is such a mess with people like ALT running the show.

I agree, especially with this last shot of Angelea, like SERIOUSLY?! Seriously you thought that shot with her looking like a constipated mouse was good? Wtf! When her photo came up on the screen my friend and I both burst out laughing. I have to say though I really don't get the love for Ren that so many of you had, I really didn't think she was anything special and there was definitely something off about her...

Tyra definitely had a respectable high fashion career, but the was no where near the editorial queen that she tries to present herself as on ANTM.

AMEN! My friend and I always say that when we watch ANTM, Tyra thinks she's the ultimate Queen of Fashion, puh-lease!

... I have to say though I really don't get the love for Ren that so many of you had, I really didn't think she was anything special and there was definitely something off about her...

I have to say that I sort of agree with this. I really don't understand why they made such a big deal of her in the beginning. Excluding her from the semi finals, hand choosing her from thousands of girls. Makes no sense. It would have been understandable if she was like a double agent model who was extremely successful and the girls had to compete with her. now THAT I would watch.

I liked Ren in the first shoot, but the minute they aired her one on one interviews, I had to change the channel. Girl knows how to whine like there's no tomorrow.

I'm new here and I just want to share my utter disappointment over Krista's winning. I thought it was so unfair for Raina who had been so consistent through out the competition. I'm just so upset but happy to hear that Raina already booked an international campaign in Dubai.
