I'm not terribly impressed with any of the remaining girls. None of them are stunning enough beauties to be recognized as models outside of photoshoots nor are they striking enough to capture the imagination on a shoot.

With the Victoria Secret models becoming high fashion favs I think the pendulum is swinging back towards traditional beauty and less with the plain girls who only look good dressed up for editorials.

I think that the styling of that shoot really brought Kayla down and I don't expect Franca to like her that much. She's a stunning girl, just not supermodel. Dying her hair red was probably a mistake, especially considering that this cycle is themed around Vogue Italia. Red head girls rarely get booked in Milan like they do in Paris, New York or London. Jane is gorgeous although it seems as if the ANTM producers don't like her all too much. I can't stand how mean Nigel was to her last week in judging - why does he hate her so much? So much of what he said was non-constructive and far below the belt.

If Jane is eliminated I will almost certainly back Ann mostly because she is the next girl who looks most like a model.

You don't think Jane is a stunning beauty? She looks equally gorgeous made up for photoshoots as she does with simple hair/makeup at the panel. Plus unlike Ann who can only do high fashion, Jane is perfect for high fashion and something like VS.

The only strike against Jane is that her walk is weak, there is no way around it. But it seems nobody by the tFS even cares about the model's walk anymore. Most of the girls who came up the past couple years have HORRIFIC walks and they book best and most shows out there.

this is the high fashion cycle.. but ANTM's other big prize is also the 100,000 dollar contract with cover girl. So I think that will ruin Ann's chances significantly... girl could NOT string 2 sentences together in the rollerskate shoot.. and I can't place the blame entirely on the rollerskates.

So that leaves Kayla, Chelsea, Jane. And I don't think Chelsea is really getting a winner's edit and Jane.. sadly I don't see surviving next week b/c of her "lack of personality".. we all know how Tyra loves people with "personality" (aka obnoxiously loud/SOB story for the ages..)

So that leaves.. Kayla..

CG won't spoil Ann's chances to win. If Teyona could win then Ann can do it as well(not only because of the look but Teyona bombed the CG commercial). Seeing the beauty shot of Ann done by Demarchelier, Ann can definitely handle the commercial print. This can also be a perfect chance for CG to turn that awkward girl into a hip/glam goddess, that many girls/women can idetify with. This way CG will broaden their consumer circuit by reaching a demographics that probably doesn't buy makeup at all. This could be a great business deal for them.

I'm so happy Jane is still in the running because I was so scared for her. She does have a personality and Tyra just likes Ann because she's super tall and shy and Kayla because she's a lesbian. Jane is nice, smart, and drama-free. i guess tyra doesnt like that

^I agree but talk about no personality, well Ann fits that category pretty good but they don't harp on her as much as they with Jane. I realize that Ann is super shy but why don't they tell her that she has to learn how to get over/deal with it.

And Nigel..........all I can say is, it was like he was picking on Jane, just going at her until she broke.
In my books, that is in no way how to motive someone.

The only hope Jane has now is doing awesome in the video shoot (or at least someone doing worse than her) and on top of that Franca (should) love her, but I have a feeling Ann will get love from Franca, as well as maybe Chelsea cuz she has that Katrin Thormann/Lara Stone thing happening. If they do a cover girl commercial shoot Ann will fall on her *** (probably literally) and her walk is awful so she should slip up in the Roberto Cavalli runway challenge. I still have a feeling Chelsey is gonna win this or at least be final two because they meet Ivan Bart on the final episode and Chelsey is following him on twitter.

However the way the fade out picture is shown, it does look like Jane will be the winner, her's looks like a supermodel's picture, plus now that they bullied her into smiling and she's shown the "crack" of being a real person, she may get the wild card edit. This show is so unpredictable though. Can you believe Kyle Hagler said Kayla has an international look (which nations is he thinking of)?, and Ann walking for Chanel? b*tch please, can you imagine Ann stumbling around for Karl Lagerfeld? I respect his opinion (not really) but I SWEAR he's was on the Tyra pay roll, if any one of these girls (including Jane) walked into IMG they'd all get sent home, infact they'd escort Kayla out personally.

Kayla is in Japan now. Is that an indication of her not winning? Ann is currently in New York. Jane will be going there too after her studies. While Chelsey is still on the USA waiting for the shnw to end before making the move. Anyways if Franca loves Kayla then I will die.

Does anyone know if the VI cover/spread is going to be OG of the winner or if Tyra will in it as well? I know they haven't mentioned Tyra doing it but in the years when they had the Elle Girl covers, Tyra was on the cover with the winner. For the Seventeen covers, the winner was by herself but then, it wasn't really a "cover" as much as the last page of the magazine with the real covergirl being on the front.

I kinda hate how they waited until the ending of the season to show Franca. I would have liked it if they showed more of her throughout the season or if they actually featured more people who are prominent in the high fashion world. I wished Donatella was actually in the show....
