oh god. even the final gowns are horrid. why jooooooohhhnn why. this is so bad. as ss couture bad. i cant wait for his own line show, that never disappoints. when is it?

It looks like Versace:sick:.

Yeah...my thought too. But the Versace when it was bad as its back on top now. Dior is just now ugly and uninspired. What's frightening is how this new Dior suddenly appeared. I never expected to see this at Dior.....ever.

GOD!!! If Toledano and Arnault want commercial and wearable SO much...then what, may I ask, was so wrong with this?:angry::angry::angry: Bastards...

I know Dior_couture!!!! All so wearable and gorgeous and well-made!

Gorgeous hair and make-up... And that's about it. There are some gorgeous pieces, but they're like 5 out of the whole collection... I'm disappointed but still excited for the video

Drag Barbie.

I can see the 10 page Steven Meisel shoot already.

Sad.

the first 30 looks are really bad. the only dress (or outfit) I like is anjas pink dress. otherwise very boring incorporation of the s/s 08 couture.

At least Dior is back on an actual runway and not a hard to understand runway! :flower:

i have to say the 1st look posted is quite possibly the worst piece of clothign I have ever seen in my life! The rest of the collection has some good some bad pces/

That's what I also hate about this...Galliano used to be a GENIUS at distilling a certain look or idea or technique from couture to RTW. Now all he's been doing is taking the entire couture collection and making it in cheaper fabrics and less technically advanced processes and then adding a 1930's, 1940's, 1960's "spin" on it...no creativity required.

Of course not, because creativity doesn't sell, isn't that right M. Arnault.:angry::angry::angry::angry:

Spike is going to loathe this.
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

You know me too well.

I really do hate this. It's everything I've disliked about Dior lately rolled up in a messy package. It looks cheaply made, which is positively shameful.

The only thing I liked was that charcoal fur coat.

Other than that, nothing. It's like, after clicking through 9 pages, I went from utter disgust to feeling numb towards it.

It's a sad day when the set is the most appealing thing in a fashion show. -_-
