I thought there was a story recently about how Kate slyly tips the paps off to her trail. Of course she has to act pissed because that's her image...but it's also important for the Kate Moss Brand to get photographed each day in a new outfit or wearing some obscure accessory. yes, EVERY celeb does it, thats part of the job, and lots of low level celebs orchestrate everything (Moss isn't low-level but i'm just saying in general). It doesn't make her a publicity wh*re, it's just part of her job. She doesn't even hop like some hollywood starlets....
