Dina Lohan was all smiles standing next to Carvel Ice Cream's mascot Fudgie the Whale while the two were promoting ProticaCares healthy eating program in Long Island.
The healthy program has been created to teach kids the importance of balancing a healthy diet while occasionally enjoying sweet treats ... like Carvel Ice Cream.
Dina Lohan, a longtime fan of Carvel, was on hand at Long Island Elementary School to kick off the program. Carvel Ice Cream has agreed to send a variety of their tasty cakes to a different children's hospital or U.S. grade schools every week for the next 75 years.
ProticaCares released the following statement:
"2010 was a very good year for Protica, so I wanted to do something that speaks to the mission of the company – to enhance life through nutrition – and do it in a way that teaches our children about healthy diets and lifestyles."
In our interview with Lindsay's mom, she talks about bad eating habits ... like eating too much fast food. Dina tells X17online exclusively:
"My kids eat it. They drive me once a week, and I'm like, you can't eat this. Even those establishments are making healthy choices for kids, at those fast food places, but it's really important to exercise and good health ... and just being aware."

^ Dina and Fudgie?? How can that be?? The picture must be doctored; the Fudgies are the ones who started all of the Lohan's problems- Lindsay was just a fun loving girl who worked very hard and liked to go out with her friends and listen to music before Fudgie plotted revenge against Dina, as you may recall.... Jeeze- next thing you know the Lohan's will be hanging out with 'alleged' members of organize crime and trying to revive a career by glorifying the family life of a narcissistic cold blooded killer... (Oh yeah, they are already doing that too...)

In a certain weird way, I guess you can't blame Lindsay and her crew (that's a big Mob term btw, so we should start using it now that they are officially associated with the 'right people', capisce??) are so delusional; I mean there are constant press releases about the movies she is doing when none of them are really in production, half of them have nothing like the backing, distribution, casts and so on the actual films have, and, just as a small detail- She may well be in jail for many months to come and most sane financial people wouldn't put five cents behind her ability to stay straight and out of trouble for the next several months!! Jeeze- they announce their fanciful ideas/plans almost as if they are ready to start filming and make no distinction about what the difference is!

Who'da thunk -- Marilyn Manson wants a part in a movie that could soon be starring Lindsay Lohan ... TMZ has learned ... a biopic about infamous psychopath Charles Manson.

Sources connected with the movie tell us, Marilyn approached director Tyler Shields about playing Charles Manson's right-hand man Tex Watson ... who was convicted of several Manson murders, including the death of Sharon Tate.

As we first reported, producers are currently considering Lindsay for the role of Sharon ... but Lindsay hasn't officially signed on just yet.

According to sources, producers "love the idea" of casting Marilyn as Tex ... and are seriously considering the proposition.

Lindsay Lohan -- Attempted Retail Robbery Victim

Lindsay Lohan faces grand theft felony charges for a necklace that we found out was marked up 300%!!!

TMZ has learned the necklace designer sold Kamofie & Co. the piece for $850 -- that price tag does not qualify for felony grand theft, which requires a value of $950 or more.

Kamofie was trying to sell the necklace to Lindsay for $2,500 bucks.

As we first reported, we're told Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, will argue the D.A. should only be allowed to charge her client with a misdemeanor because of the value of the necklace.

But even if Holley loses that argument, Kamofie's owner -- who we're told will be testifying at Lindsay's preliminary hearing -- is going to have a PR problem for the mark-up and for selling the surveillance video and shopping a book deal.

Whether Lindsay Lohan will star in the upcoming movie Gotti: Three Generations hasn't been confirmed, but the 24-year-old starlet is happy to chat about her long history with the infamous family.
While partying with her brother Michael at Beauty & Essex, Lilo tells Page Six, "My dad was in jail with the grandfather."
Lindsay is referring to her dad Michael spending time in the slammer back in the 90's with Victoria Gotti's dad, John Gotti. What a small world.
Lilo also told Page Six about her "family connection" with the Gottis, and how she's known them since she was three years old.

Victoria Gotti seems less than sold on Lindsay Lohan playing her in an upcoming Gotti biopic starring John Travolta and Joe Pesci. At her son Frankie Gotti's 21st birthday party at Greenhouse on Wednesday night, Victoria told guests, "Though it was said that I insisted she play my part, that's not true. I didn't insist and actually have no say in who gets the part." But she added, "I think Lindsay is a very talented actress and a sweet girl."

Lohan has not officially been cast in the role, but a rep for the project said producers are "extremely interested" in her and that she made "an extremely good impression on everyone involved with the film." The rep added that Gotti family members are acting as consultants on the flick but are not in charge of casting. Lohan and "Gotti" producer Mark Fiore met over lunch yesterday in Los Angeles to further discuss her joining the movie.

That wasn't a film I don't think. She did a spoof/comedy thing for The Underground Comedy Movie which is a really tacky video that they advertise on Tv late at night. It has been around for YEARS but I guess they decided to add some new skits to it. I don't know, I've only seen the commercials. Don't know why she agreed to do it and it will never be released in the US, I don't know about anywhere else.
