Totally! I imagine 'the LiLo scent' to smell like cigarettes,vodka and no shower since 2 days...

Lindsay Lohan has a brand new $93,000 problem -- because the federal government claims the actress never paid her 2009 income tax ... and now Uncle Sam is finally out to collect.

According to official documents filed in Los Angeles, the Internal Revenue Service has obtained a lien against Lohan for $93,701.57 for failure to pay her federal income tax.

2009 wasn't a very lucrative year for Lohan ... she only released one crappy made-for-TV movie, coupled with a few minor TV appearances.

Now, if Lohan refuses to pay the debt ... the government can go after anything that belongs to her ... including homes, cars and bank accounts ... assuming she has any of those things.

We called Lohan for comment -- so far, no response.

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan is in “early talks” to portray Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime biopic about the show-biz legend, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The movie is being produced by Larry Thompson, who produced Lifetime’s 2010 movie “Amish Grace” (and also bought the rights to Kitty Kelley’s Oprah Winfrey biography).
Lohan’s long list of legal and substance abuse problems culminated, most recently, when she was sentenced to jail time last November for violating her parole (she served five days).
She recently posed nude for Playboy, reportedly for $1 million.
Taylor died last March at the age of 79.

Unless something unfortunate happens in the next three days, don't expect any surprises at Lindsay Lohan's next progress report hearing.
The starlet is due in a Los Angeles court next Tuesday and E! News has learned her lawyer, Shawn Holley, plans to tell Judge Stephanie Sautner that Lohan is on her way to completing her court-ordered 12 days of community service at the morgue and four 45-minute psychological therapy sessions for the month.
"We are on track and looking good on all fronts," said the 25-year-old starlet's rep, Steve Honing.

During the proceeding, Lohan will have to provide Judge Sautner with proof that she has fulfilled those requirements—no small feat given her prior slipups that have landed her in handcuffs.
Let's hope she starts the year off on a positive note the way she ended it.
E! Online will be livestreaming all the action when Lohan arrives in court at 10 a.m., so tune in!

I bet LiLo went on last-minute-vacation again and won`t be able to attend court due to delayed planes or bad weather. Or she`ll be robbed / arrested for misbehaving or something likewise.

oh come on guys! Lilo gives the best she can! don´t be so mean! she just had some bad luck the last few... years. that can happen to all of us. that was no where her fault! Losing the Passport once or twice can happen to all of us. Not knowing that the community service has to be done, i mean... no one told her. IT IS NOT HER FAULT! NOT AT ALL! it´s the media that makes her looking bad.

Lindsay Lohan Crashes Weinstein Company Pre-Golden Globes Party

The last time Lindsay Lohan was nominated for anything was 2007. Although she didn't nab the 'Teen Choice Award for Choice Actress - Drama' for her work in "Georgia Rule," that hasn't stopped her from partying with Hollywood's current award winners and nominees -- even when she's not invited.
The New York Daily News reports, that the Weinestein Company hosted a pre-Golden Globes party at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Jan. 11, and an insider says Lohan snuck in through the hotel's back entrance.
Given that Lohan did call the Chateau home for a period of time, we have no trouble believing she knows all its knooks and crannies.

Clad in a tight black dress, that resembled a wetsuit, Lohan made her way to the entrance for photo ops, says the paper's spy. There, Golden Globe nominees Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo from "The Artist" and Kenneth Branagh and Michelle Williams from "My Week With Marilyn," were having their photos taken.
Lohan is apparently calling the hotel home once again and a source told Fox News, that "[Lindsay] totally crashed, and was not invited. She came because she had a room at the Chateau."
Lohan's reputation has gotten the better of her when it comes to A-list events. In September, the 25-year-old starlet was kicked out of the Marc Jacobs Fashion Week party following a violent incident, where she threw a glass at an event the night before.
