Keeping Up with Lindsay (please put all Lohan news here)

i guess that above quote really shows that she loves the publicity that she gets.. but i couldn't honestly think of anything worse than being in her position for the last couple of years, it's quite sad really..

i hope she proves me wrong but i dont really see a comeback in her future, at least anytime soon, because i think she thrives off the drama around her.. to me that is evident through her twitters..

Our fav rehabber snuck out the back of the club around 2:20am by herself, and our X17 photographer on the scene tells us Linds was "hanging out in the back alley drinking from a cup and crying. It was obvious that she was upset about something, and as soon as she saw photographers she tried to cover her face."

Does anyone know what she's holding there? It looks like a thermos, but why would anyone have one of those at a club?

^ Bartenders call it a Roadie...fill it up with your favorite adult beverage and head for the car with your 'cup of coffee'....:innocent:

There are some pics on her thread of her leaving a Church boutique in a long leather coat and Marant boots (gorgeous boots BTW) and she looks VERY dazed and confused. Her eyes give the game away completely. She's also looking a little bloated around her face. Not good...

:(

^ Yeah...I stopped going to her style thread- too many people seeing pics like that and saying "she looks great!!!" Huh??

Seriously? And people wonder why there is such a problem with drink driving.

Poll from the Us Weekly website...not much you can say I guess...

Another Lohan File has been released - this one is pretty serious.
Listen here
In another explosive recorded audio tape obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Lindsay Lohan's assistant Jenni Muro reveals her fear that Lindsay was killing herself.

The taped phone call is between Jenni Muro and Michael Lohan. In it, Jenni angrily tells Michael her fears about Lindsay's fragile state and expresses her opinion about the destructiveness of Lindsay's then-romantic relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson

"I am trying to save your daughter's life every day," Jenni tells Michael on the tape.

Showing the depths of her fear that Lindsay will harm herself, Jenni tells Michael that she wants to stop working for Lindsay "because I don't want it on my watch either."

Michael has publicly voiced his concerns for Lindsay's life, and says he is trying to get her to admit that she has a prescription drug problem and get help before it is too late.

In the 2008 call placed from Brooklyn to Michael Lohan's Long Island home, Muro also voices her disgust that she was forced to relocate to New York for Lindsay's role on Ugly Betty.

Muro says: "I get a 5% commission on this entire TV show and it's sick and disgusting and I'm here and I give up my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA and everything so that your daughter doesn't kill herself, ok?"

Jenni also tells Michael that Lindsay's relationship with Samantha Ronson was "unhealthy." She said that Lindsay's priorities were only Samantha, not work and not her family. She says Samantha was her "absolute addiction."

Lindsay :(

A part of me always wonders if she actually does some of this on purpose, her love for Marilyn Monroe is pretty obvious. I really hope she's not trying to become some sort of tragic figure.

I don't know, that might sound offensive or stupid, I just hope she pulls through and gets back on track.

I agree. I think she might be in love with the drama and think is romantic rather than tragic. She also seems to have forgotten that Monroe had amassed quite a body of work before her death. Lindsay hasn't. :(

It's been said before that she's more like Corey Feldman and I think that's true.

^ I think it is her thinking (as best she still can) that it is part of some romantic/tragic life play...My own feeling is that, if you look back at the last few years, she has had to pay no meaningful price for all she has done- she has just gotten away with it over and over...If she survives long enough, she may at some point see what has really happened and have a chance to correct it...the odds are getting worse all the time, however- not that many people with her history make it out in one piece... :(

^^ i do agree with you Boomer, but i just can't help but feeling sorry and sad for her.. i think that at some point, watching every single day pictures of lindasy, of her clubbing, shopping, crying out samantha's house etc.. i mean it was pretty clear that something about her wasn't right..but now that i see and hear those tapes, to know that quite everything that, here, we had thought and wrote about lindsay was right (trying to kill herself, the toxic relationship with samantha, other kind of addiction, the fact that at some point she really had nothing else to do, apart from clubbing and shopping..etc etc..)..it's just really sad :( and i do really hope that at some point, well, as soon as possible, she'd find someone who could really help her trying to figure out her problems..

What do they mean YOU'RE OUT!!? So January, no Paris...Since when would (the once great) Ungaro show in NY Fashion Week?? Time to order the frequent random tests, judge...let's see Lindsay, who we know from her mother does not have a problem, get through a high stress, party scene on US soil...Good luck...

you can ignore the 'you're out' part - lindsay was asking that person if they had moved out of some apartment.

^ Oh, OK...I was thinking "She's Out!! She's back IN!! Sam says she's OUT!! Wait, she's back IN!!" *Make up your own dirty jokes...* :innocent:

This has been my opinion right from the start. She feeds off the drama. :(

Emanuel Ungaro has publicly condemned Lindsay's collection :ninja:

Hollywood bad girl Lindsay Lohan's first collection as artistic advisor for Emanuel Ungaro was a "disaster", the founder of the French couture house said here, local press reported.
"Lindsay Lohan's collaboration was a disaster," the designer said during a meeting on Monday night with the public at the international film festival in Estoril, near Lisbon.
"I am furious but I can't do anything about it," fumed the designer, who emphasised that he no longer had any contact with the house which bears his name since he left in 2005. The house now belongs to an American investment company.
Lohan, 23, whose drug habits and drink-driving conviction turned her into paparazzi fodder and wreaked havoc with her acting career, was named official muse to the prestigious house alongside Spanish designer Estrella Archs in September.
Their first catwalk collection together unveiled in Paris in October was panned by the international fashion press.
Ungaro said he regretted that the fashion house he started "is in the process of losing its soul."
"That happens to a lot of designers. We were the creators and patrons, responsible for the creation and destiny of our houses. But when we gave up our houses, we gave up our souls."
Ungaro has seen a merry-go-round of chief designers come and go since Emanuel Ungaro hung up his scissors.
