Actually, that tape made me appreciate Dina more. The way she talked about lindsay and ''the other three''. People always say she's in denial, guess really she's not, but just doesn't want to address Lindsay's issues in public, which is actually the right thing to do!

Eh, yes it does. You can look at someone and think they are calm, sweet and zen, but it might have other causes. At least Lennon really seemed like a clean, healthy guy to most people.

Basically, you can't judge people by how they look and what they say, really. You have to know them. But what am I doing, questioning half of the purpose of this forum

^ My point was: You can't say someone can't get treatment until they want to- there would be very few people getting help if that was true...Many people, and several celebs, have said that being forced into treatment saved their lives, since they were in no condition to know what was going on and what they needed... I was saying Lindsay was like a different person after rehab- quiet and making sense, and seemingly optimistic about her sobriety...Right now she needs to get herself mentally and physically clean before she can worry about what project she is going to work on, she's always babbling on about issues other than her own main problem...This judge is a problem since she isn't drawing the line that she can't cross- tell her frequent random tests or she goes to jail! No trips to Europe, not hosting nightclub openings in Vegas, no screaming at Sam on Houston St at 4:AM....No more talk- either find a way to get straight or get locked up...It might just save her life!

In the very public Lohan Family War, Michael Lohan is adamantly defending his decision to release tape recordings of Lindsay’s phone calls with him. In an exclusive and brutally candid interview with RadarOnline.com, Michael accuses Lindsay of lying about the seriousness of her situation and the relationship she has with her father. “Mom was saying it’s not dire, but it is,” Michael pleaded to Lindsay.

Another explosive accusation Michael levels against his family is that Lindsay learned to lie from her own mother Dina. “She was taught by her mother, unfortunately,” he said to RadarOnline.com about Lindsay’s lies. There certainly isn’t any love lost between Lindsay’s parents.


Michael said that he released the tapes because he fears for Lindsay’s life -- he even emotionally addresses his daughter in the interview. “I’m concerned. I love you,” Michael says. Defending himself he stated “I’m tired of being called a liar.”


Michael also pleads with his fragile daughter to take responsible actions for her life. “Please go to a therapist,” he said. “I want Lindsay to get help.”

Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley tells RadarOnline.com that Lindsay wants to go after her father and that they are "exploring all options both civilly, and criminally. We are talking to legal authorities in New York and Los Angeles to determine if any laws were broken."

Not compared to the idiot hosting the show...I dunno, is it really that offensive? It's not just first African American, it's the first non-Caucasian. So colored isn't that off. But Non-whitish/albinoish is probably better. Points to the fact that we're all colored, just more or less.

Or is there irony here? Once again I'm lost, lol.

Coloured is offensive because of the way the term has been used historically eg during segregation, not because of what it actually means (much like the term '********'). So to many people it is actually an extremely ignorant and offensive term.

She's not only trashy but ignorant and racist. When she had her accident, she also tried to blame it on the black guy. My sympathies for that girl is over.

^ You know Americans love a comeback story- our history is full of them, but she is using up what little sympathy is left for her...Even if she gets help and comes around, at this point she has turned off so many people in so many ways, I can't imagine how long it would take for producers to back her films or for the public to line up to buy tickets...
