A warrant for Lindsay Lohan's arrest was issued on Friday, but a lawyer for the actress says Lohan will not appear in court on Monday. Her lawyer will appear on her behalf, the Associated Press reports.

LOS ANGELES - The warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest was issued on Friday in response to the star’s recent trip to Las Vegas, a source told Access Hollywood on Sunday.
According to the source, Lohan drove herself to Vegas, following girlfriend Samantha Ronson to one of her DJ gigs, and was photographed partying. However, the star is on a restricted driver's license and is only supposed to be driving for work, the source added.
Such a drive could constitute a violation of Lohan’s parole.

My first reaction to this was- what a small thing to focus on..But then- she had to make a public spectacle of herself while doing it, so maybe the authorities said Enough! Isn't she supposed to be in all kinds of treatment and meetings and all? And she's out being an *** in clubs every night of the week, all around the country with Sam...Maybe this was the final straw and they have been looking the other way for a while now...There may be more to this than we know...

Lohan Gets Let Off The Hook

The warrant issued for Lindsay Lohan's arrest was just recalled.

Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, made quick work of it in a hearing that lasted minutes. S.C.H. showed proof of compliance and that was that. Lindsay didn't show.

Lohan will enroll in a new alcohol education program -- apparently she had "personality conflicts" with her old one -- and will be back in court to prove it on April 3.

So much for those bogus stories that the hearing was about a driver's license...

Did you see one of her Twitter entries was about they will ruin all of the deals she's working on?? Like Lindsay worries if maybe she will ruin deals she's working on... It's always someone else's fault...

helmut, i saw that vid too!! i really think that it's going to be hard for her to REALLY change for the good forever because of her temper and i guess her "attitude" towards life. like, she's really used to getting everythin she wants. i don't know her personally, but the incidents about her screaming and stuff and the vids especially really make it evident. i also remember once reading about how she has a really addictive nature ..

her statement about her "deals being taken away from her" are from a perez hilton statement that she directly told him, not through her pr lady.

the ALLEGED twitter ramblings, and they were crazy, said different stuff about her relationship woes and such.

The 22-year-old tabloid princess was sitting in the passenger seat of a black SUV when her driver crashed into a wall outside the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood, E! News has confirmed.

Enjoying a beautiful afternoon in Los Angeles, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out and about running errands yesterday (March 18).
The “Mean Girls” actress headed over to an eye doctor’s office in Beverly Hills for an appointment and did some shopping at Maxfield’s.
As for the recent media frenzy regarding her personal life, FOX Pop Tarts revealed that LiLo has enlisted the help of Stephen and Danny Baldwin to weather the storm.
A source told Tarts, "Lindsay is still able to go to work and meetings and do normal things. But she wants to remove the negative influences in her life." And in order to do that, she has asked the Baldwin brothers to create a therapeutic environment for her.
According to Danny, it’s working. He told Tarts, "Lindsay’s doing great, her sobriety is the most important thing to her. She is taking all the necessary measures and actions for her continued health."
