Lohan just posted this in 8 seperate messages on her Twitter page in response to the claim against her and 'business partner' about stealing the ingredients used in Sevin Nyne's Tanning Mist.

This statement I am posting was issued from George Mitchell, President of United 1 Labs which manufacturers Sevin Nyne Tanning Mist. I am sorry to hear about the claims being made against Lorit, LLC regarding the Sevin Nyne product. I have been involved in creating self-tanning products for over 12 years. When requested to help develop the formula for Sevin Nyne with Lorit, LLC I did so using my expertise & was not provided with any formulas or trade secrets by Lorit, LLC or anyone involved in or related to the Sevin Nyne product. As everyone in the self tanning industry is aware, the combination of dihydroxyacetone and erythrulose are commonly used in all self-tanning products. When actors got their script, they can't predict the movie will be successful once it released. What if she's in the movie and turned down Labor Pains and Labor Pains got the success? So I don't see why she have to kick herself, regret for not agreeing to The Hangover. It's all about luck.

Lindsay Lohan to Create Fashion-Themed Television Show

Fake spray-tanner can only sustain a willowy 23-year-old starlet with a short attention span for so long. Kind of like how novelty leggings can only create buzz for a brief amount of time (why do you think American Apparel keeps rolling out new product?). So Lindsay Lohan, who has launched a spray-tanner called Sevin Nyne and a leggings line called 6126, is ready for her next project. Business partner Kristi Kaylor, who helped Lindsay get the leggings and tanning product off the ground, is now working with LiLo to create a production company called Unforgettable Productions, a name refreshingly devoid of numerals. Among the projects they're reportedly developing is a show called Faux Real, which is like Entourage, but about the fashion industry. Sounds fun, but if it really is like Entourage, it will only hold our attention for a couple of seasons before Bravo comes out with a slew of new shows about real people and housewives that make us wonder why we ever paid for premium cable in the first place. And by that time, Lohan will have moved on to the next thing anyway. Maybe even a Bravo reality show of her own.

I must admit, if Bravo gave Lohan her own reality show, I'd be addicted to that sh*t if it was good and full of drama, shopping, and her usual scowl as she haphazardly tries to avoid the paps.

I remember when she did the taping for Project Runway but then Bravo and Lifetime got into a bidding war over whose network it would air on...so it's at least 6 months ago. I will be watching though. I bet she'll look a lot different then from now.

^ Yes, it's new...the producers evidently though it was so bad (or such a risk due to, umm, possible dramatic news about it's star...) that they would rather sell it to cable than risk a general theater release and the possible bad reviews and low (or non existent) box office...
