Lanvin for H&M (Update....Second Collection?)

thanks! now im confused i thought online was only available for US and Canada but GMT time is European time zone...?
Uhm. It's not available online for US and Canada, only the countries who already have online shops.

08:00 in whatever your time zone is...Mine is GMT+1, so the collection will be available online in DK at 08:00 (GMT 07:00). That's pretty logical IMO. The online shop opens at the same time as the H&M stores tomorrow.

Im so excited for tomorrow!!! Anyone know which H&M to go to here in the Netherlands? (Im in Leiden..so whats closest?)

one quick question! The above tulle dress didn't appear on the hm site or the collection photos floating around in grey. Are there more color options in the store for other items too?

1 shoulder pouf dress comes in hot pink and purple ( it really is hot pink). Famous yellow dress also comes in black. Tulle dress comes in grey and red. Ribbon dresses come in red and black, from what i remember.

Lace tiered skirt is only in black.

necklace comes in red and pink.

i'm trying to remember more, but really it's all a blur

Yep. the purple 1 shouldered dress, sunglasses, gloves, necklace, ruffled skirt and lipstick. Everything I wanted.
You MUST post pics soon  Sounds amazing!

I'm split between the purple on-shouldered dress (too 80's? too extreme?) and the black version of the yellow dress (too girly?)...nice to know the dresses are true to size btw :D

I will :D. It's not too extreme, it's tasteful actually. I did try on the full pouf dress with the sleeves on and THAT was full 80's..wow, I wanted to get that one too, until I tried it on.

The yellow dress was not too girly, very festive from what i saw on the hanger...

The dresses are cut narrow, so for your own sake, get your size and a size up..try them on and make your choice because once you leave the section, you can't go back in.

Somebody should post a pic of that trench for men...if you bought it that is. Seems a little to thin for A/W use.

The "black" tulle dress is actually charcoal grey in person.

That was one of the reasons I decided against it. It's very pretty but I had it in my head that it was black from the photos.

And I love the purple one-shouldered dress. I went in to buy the tulle and ended up liking the purple dress, which I had not planned. The yellow dress is fantastic and was the dress everyone wanted at my store. (I can't wear yellow well or I would have wanted it too!)

Does anyone know how the sizing is on the tulle dress? Is it just loose with a belt or is it actually structured at the waist (if you know what I mean)?

I bought six dresses.... and I'm a guy (only bought myself one t shirt.)

For my sister:
Bought the sheer black 'jacket'
Both the yellow one sleeve and purple on sleeve, but hoping to only give her one and return the other

For my other sister:
one of the flowered dresses (two sizes, cuz i'm not sure which size she is.)

For a friend:
the long sleeve black dress

For a co worker:
the charcoal grey tulle dress.

The quality on these is pretty good, I must say, for H&M!

unstructured, loose until you sash it. At the H&M I went to they kind of languished on the rack after the first group tried them on. Nobody had bothered to tie the sash back, so they just looked like huge tents of tulle, which I think deterred shoppers who didn't know what they were supposed to look like on.

right now there are 3,377 lanvin for H&M items on ebay and 650 "completed auctions".

thats a total of 4027 (not counting items that were relisted or pulled).

i think its safe to infer that over half of the shoppers on saturday were buying for ebay to re-sell. especially considering that items were in short supply (ie 15 glasses for each store, 10 pairs of shoes for each store etc.) does anyone else agree with this hypothesis?

Thanks! That's what I thought they might be like :D

For those people who plan on buying stuff on eBay: I don't really get it, why would anyone pay three times as much for those H&M items when you could probably get a "real" Lanvin dress for the same price? It all seems really odd to me.
By now I'm so turned off by this whole thing that I'll only check out my local H&Ms at 10am to see if there is anything left instead of lining up at 8am as I had planned to do before.

i don't know i mean with jimmy choo i went to the london store a few days after the collection went on sale there were still a few pieces!

so maybe it will be like that this time too although i am not taking my chances ;)

Accessibility. There aren't any Lanvin boutiques in the USA. they're only available at Barney's, and even if an ebay seller charges 3X the price for the H&M Lanvin pieces, that's still far cheaper than what you'd find a similar Lanvin piece for at Barney's. Obviously the real Lanvin is better materials.
