That's what really bothered me. I can even get behind the odd models, but people like Demna and Lotta are so caught up in thier Soviet beauty standard bubble and that it goes against the whole modern image they are supposed to represent. And honestly it's just really bad PR for a brand like Balenciaga to send out a show in 2016 with a 100% caucasian cast.

Funny that the more recognisable models at Balenciaga are known for working with Wang and Ghesquière - Julia, Katie, Iris and Sam.

this is a bigger problem within the gucci group. i remember allessenadros first show for Gucci was 100% white. they should be held accountable and I'm shocked to see editors liking this on instagram and not calling them out.

I missed the show but flicked through the photos and I felt instantly uncomfortable. In a way it should have been expected considering his casting at Vetements, but that brand is a lot smaller. Did they think that nobody would notice?! It's not like anyone is paying special attention to this show, this season...
