And Bella hadid, Adriana Lima and a gaggle of other vs/Instagram girls. Maybe they need the press like dvf, balmain, and Versace. I think seeing that muccia has gone this way, makes it clear how much the industry has changed. It's now a risk not to use these press girls. This was the show that mica and Lindsey wixson opened her first seasons. The show that started so many great new girls and had a youthful/quirky point of view. Katie must be pretty powerful if she can push this agenda. Muccia has always lead the trends not followed them. End of an era.

Blocking people seems Bitton's, Grand's + friends way of dealing with criticism. But they probably don't even know how many people hate them.

And who knows the day might come they take over Prada as well. I fear that day. Miu Miu is my favourite brand and show but they ruined it.

Katie Grand is just lazy and predictable. Actually it's better that the whole #squad will be there at once. What a joke.

Does Katie (or Anita Bitton) even discover new faces anymore, if ever? It seems like she just gloms onto whatever It Girl shows up on the horizon and tries to make her happen in high fashion. It's like her duty to keep them on the runway, her and John Pfeiffer and the usual suspects who are concerned about their own celebrity (Riccardo, Marc, Olivier, Karl, Donatella).

As long as they keep moving to more powerful brands then it appears to work, but it's obvious how limited their reach is. How many of these girls have walked for Louis Vuitton since her departure from that house?

Katie must be pretty powerful if she can push this agenda.

I would say that the agenda is greater than Katie and perhaps she was smart to associate herself with it. But I still don't get her obsession with these kind of models.
