Make-up, black clothes with metallic appliqué, orange + violet, bell-bottoms — all these things made me think about Miu Miu Fall 2010. And I also feel some Miu Miu Fall 2009 vibes.
I love this Prada collection so far, so cool!

It was marvellous, really. Lots of 1970-72 in there. The geometric patterns for one thing.

I loved the collection! I though the embellishments were exquisite! Her color palette was amazing, and the prints (which was a bit more Marni than Prada) were nicely done!

It's Prada spring 1996 all over again..same kind of silhouette, same kind of '70s wallpaper prints..meh..

I think this is the first time thkat I'm loving a Prada collection upon the first viewing. I'm still salivating over Magdalena's look (black skinny pants with embellishment on the bottom, black jacket, two-toned pumps and a fabulous bag) .

I was expecting waaaay more than this, but the coats and those well, sleeveless coats are amazing. and i love the shoes and the bags. i could do without some of the embellishments though, and i was really hoping it would be slightly different from this.

Loved it! However, it did look like Miu Miu from 2010 a lot, especially the color combinations and the makeup which I found beyond stunning (except the bleached brows, why are they having a comeback?). To add more, I loved that this looked nothing like the menswear show but had the same sophisticated feel to it. The pantsuits, long coats, extreme sky high heels, the embelishments - Miuccia at her best.

When Proenza Schouler sent out a better collection, it should ring some alarm bells...

hmmm i must be one of the few that didn't like it i liked the first couple of all black looks but then after that all of the prints and cuts just started to run together and look really similar. and the black shoes with gray and white tops- they looked like they were dipped in rubber cement or something! but who knows maybe this collection will grow on me-it wouldn't be the first time prada has done that.

Definitely felt the Miu Miu F/W 2010 vibes at points through the palette and the cuts. Really enjoyed the show overall - the patterns and fabrics looked absolutely incredible. Wasn't a big fan of the shoes, however. There were quite a few iconic pieces.
