thanks for all of your opinions. it's tricky, isn't it! I don't know if I've ever deliberated quite so much over a purchase. i just don't want to regret the choice. i agree that the Timberlands are probably easier to style, which is why i think i'm leaning toward them...they are more 'me'. i don't have very sporty style, and the Sorels strike me as a very practical, sporty looking boot. then again, I'm trying to go for what's practical. ah! i don't know...:innocent:

Tine the booties are interesting....white is dangerous...do they come in any other colour?

^Ha ha. I think the Sorel's are almost too practical actually. I bought them because I wanted to wear them when going skiing and on very very cold days here in Denmark during winter. - but they are almost too warm. I don't know much about Timberlands - but they do look practical as well. ^_^
- No unfortunately not. Though I think I'm leaning towards getting them, they are quite cheap, and I've loved them for years.

that's helpful info re the Sorels....thanks! how cold does it get there? the winters here are brutal. -20...-30C....and i'm australian. the Timberlands, from what i hear, are well made and waterproof as well - even from standing in the store they weren't as warm as the Sorels, but i think knowing myself i just won't get a lot of wear out of something i find hard to style...and i think the Sorels might be a bit too practical for me. i'm going to go back and get the Timberlands tomorrow i think!

if the Dries are cheap....go for it! for some reason I keep seeing them styled with a floral skirt and a chunky grey knit sweater.

^Yeah I think I might, I probably just needed a push in the right direction ^_^

Well it certainly isn't that cold here. I think it's averaging between -5..-10C. So maybe their warmth actually fit your environment. But it def. sounds like you are more hooked on the Timberlands, and I really do think that they are easier to style.. I rambling :rifl:

The necklace was only 9 euros so I had to have it. ;) Thanks everybody for the answers!

Which blouse? (I almost want to buy both, but I am making myself only get one :) )

I love the green, but I can wear the black and jean one with more things.

adore - have chosen yet? If not, I like the look of timberlands more, but yay to both.
Tinetush - yay to dries! them
a la Balenciaga - a slight nay to the bag
tayloryepp - yay to green and black, nay to denim

^it looks like there doesnt fit a lot of stuff in... so nay from me for being not useable.

á la Balenciaga I like it. It's good for school/work where you don't carry much but notepads and paperwork. It's a yay from me! Love the colour.

I'll be honest... I don't really like certain "statement" items that much. If it was required that I love statement items, then I'm disqualified from discussing the ring in Post #395. It does look pretty nice to me, so I'll go Yay! on that statement ring, though I am not into certain statement items as easily as most other people are.

So there- my approval has been granted.

^ love it , a big YAY , just hope it's from the Kardshain's collections !

Which ones?

I search for "look alike" Isabel Marant booties. Yay or Nay for these?
