Ironic as you expected a high fashion Vogue living person like Andre to improve the show, but he just brought it completely down with his biased attitude. oh nvm. I found out who won. Krista has the worst Covergirl ad imo. That's usually how I figure out the winners. If the girl has the best covergirl ad, she wins. Obviously I am wrong in this case. But damn.

Congrats to Krista. l do wonder if her age will play a role in the future.

Biased how, exactly? To say one girl has a better look or more talent than the other isn't biased, it's the definition of judging. I'm not challenging you, just asking to clarify.

Judging something can be done with a certain bias attached to it. Andre Leon was biased more towards Angelea, Alasia and Krista since the beginning. He praised and most likely helped keep certain girls even if their pictures stank. I remember watching the scene with Jay Manuel talking to him about Angelea and you could see the biased stubborn attitude taped on his face. I certainly don't feel Krista is the reincarnation of Naomi Sims and neither do I get a little emotional while viewing Krista's pictures, she shows no emotion in the pictures, she just distorts her body(which is amazing) and certain individuals see something that I clearly am not seeing. Models to me are edgy but also beautiful, they have that uniqueness which attracts you towards them. I certainly dont get that with Krista. Maybe my definition of what a model should be varies from his or yours, but Krista is not a model to me and neither is Angelea. Most of the potential models were kicked off in the beginning-Simone, Ren, etc. while others who had potential were given horrendous hair-Brenda, that ruined them. Raina was to me the only model left standing, but oh well. Congrats to Krista again though, I obviously dont see eye to eye with that judge, but I like her body and maybe she can get some work.

I hope Raina makes it far like Katarzyna, Fatima, Mollie Sue or even further.

Think Raina should try out Hollywood instead where she has more chances. I doubt her body type is really suitable for high fashion since her tights are comparatively big. Nevertheless, her face is the most stunning for this show ever.

I'm VERY surprised that Krista won I was so sure that Raina was going to win and I'm usually a great guesser with ANTM. I like Krista too and I'm happy she won I just liked Raina better. Krista's a good model I think but her Covergirl ad was really bad, her shot looks like she was saying "Huh?"

It was so obvious Krista was going to win. In judging they were like "Raina you have these positives, but you also have these negatives" whereas for Krista they were like "you have these negatives, but also these positives". Notice the difference?

To be honest though, none of the girls this season was really anything special. I thought Jessica was the best and had the most potential, but even she was kinda safe. Still, she would've been perfect for CG, I don't know why they didn't go with her. It has to be the baby thing, no?

As for Krista/Raina. Raina has a gorgeous face, though perhaps not very versatile, but then I always think "versatility" is overrated. Her body though, needs some work. Then there's Krista, whom I don't even understand. She looks like a raisin to me. A 40 year old one at that. And that CG shot? Tragic.

I think the only modeling career Krista would only have is the CG and 17 Magazine. I doubt she would get even one single job out there. Her face is similar to Grace Jones'. Jessica was really pretty but ANTM has always eliminated this type of gals shortly after they go overseas. Christina from Cycle four is the best example.

Well, they eliminated the best contestants - Gabrielle, Naduah, Ren and Simone - right off the bat so I guess I should have known I would be disappointed with the winner this cycle.

Raina has a horrible body and Krista looks old. So neither was a good choice. I really wish they had just gone with Alexandra.

Krista's CoverGirl photo was so bad. I really hope they don't use that as an ad.

I really thought that Raina would win. I have been organizing my photos of her so that I could populate her thread with photos. How disappointing.

Have to say I was disappointed with the outcome. Overall underwhelming cycle- I doubt both of their potential to really be high fashion.

Out of the two Raina was definitely the one who stood out for me. Even though Krista did have some amazing shots, I question how much work or career potential she has. Her face is very harsh and I feel that she can only do certain types of shoots. Good for her though- especially at her age!

As for Raina I think she definitely will be able to have a career in modeling but I feel she is more of the Sports Illustrated type model. I don't really see her booking many shows during fashion week. She definitely is more of a Seventeen/commercial print work model. She is gorgeous though

I cannot believe that ALT loved Angelea's photo! Also, Alexandra's photo was so Lara Stone, yet the judges were just "It's different". Gosh.

In Raina's defense, the reason her body is so athletic is because she "played" volleyball in college prior to the competition. Now, as a volleyball player myself, I will have you all know that we have muscular legs and large (not fat) torsos to handle all the jumping and swinging we do. But if you stop playing volleyball for a considerable amount of time, your body will change. Your muscles will shrink since you stopped using them. So assuming those shots dpbenson posted of Raina in a couple of changes back, you can tell her body is different and is changing in a more good-model way

I am disappointed, but I expected Krista to win. She looks old and haggard to me, but the pattern has been broken, I guess we should celebrate that xd

What's up with Angelea's photo? Was it an amateur photographer with an terrible camera that she was photographed by or why else is the quality of her photo so bad? They could have at least sharpen it... Otherwise I dunno why everybody's hating on it. I think it's pretty good.

And I'm fine with Krista being the winner of this cycle, although I would have granted Raina the win a little more. But I'm pretty sure that Krista will do great post-show though.

I cackled when Tyra said to Krista that she's the true America's next top model. O really, Ty?

I agree with dpbenson's choice, those 4 girls had the most potential out of them. Shame Tyra's too blinded by personality.
