you guys are talking about the judges' favoritism for ann, but you don't see your favoritism for jane!!
she has a nice face, but she is nothing as a model, she's just dead and confused; and her body is definitely not for modeling.

hating ann just because she deserved the first call out [again] and your favorite jane didn't [again] is pathetic.

We favor Jane because she's perfect in every way.

I think everyone is just frustrated that Ann gets all this [undeserved?] praise while Jane always goes unnoticed. If the roles were reversed and Jane got five first callouts, people would be saying the same thing.

Also, I've never really noticed Jane's body being "definitely not for modeling" but speaking of that, neither is Ann's.

Zann, I'm glad someone else commented on it, I too thought I heard Patrick say Jane is too commercial but I wasn't sure. I think it was due to the styling that they gave her this week.

jane is short [kacey is 5'9 and jane is shorter] and she has muscular legs.
what's perfect about her? her face is just one big imperfection because of her jaw alone [well, i hate frakowiak and poly for the same reason ]

I agree that she's too tall and too skinny but I really love this girl. She can always take good photos.
And I don't think Jane is shorter than Kacey(please see this week's group shot).

Ann is nice, but these FCOs are probably going to be bad for her in the future. I mean, i can see her landing in the bottom 2 multiple times after the first covergil commercial, go-sees, etc. The judges will claim that she lost her spark or something like that.

I don't think Jane is that short. She looks like 5'9 to me. And i think her body proportions are fine... Best face of the bunch too, imo.

I feel that Chelsey will be in the final 3, after the edit that she got this episode. Too much screentime for a girl that wasn't even in the bottom 3. She's one of the protagonists of this cycle.

Let me just say that I will complain about this show if I want. I've watched it since it started and have seen every episode multiple times. I know it's a reality show, first and foremost, but I figure that if they can screw around with the audience through editing and illusion then I can certainly b*tch about it. After all these years, and throughout all of Tyra & Co's hypocrisy and self-righteousness, I think we've all earned the right to complain if we want.

I'm just going to pretend Jane got the first call-out this week. The way things are, it's pretty much like she did, anyway.

Liz should've gone before Kacey. It pains me to say it, but there you go. Liz is just not pleasing to my eyes.

Esther did awesome. I think she might be giving Jane some competition for my favorite. Kendal has all the goods but isn't wowing me in photos. And Chris was surprisingly cute (but that still doesn't make her a model). Kayla and Chelsey bore the crap out of me.

And Ann... well, what can you say about her. I personally don't see the "it" everyone's talking about, and as much as her headshot this ep was gorgeous, it still showcased the exact same expression Ann always has: terror. And I thought her movement shots were pretty bad.

I don't know. She definitely has not deserved all these FCO's. I thought her descent was to begin this week, but I guess they're saving that for Covergirl commercials. I can't wait! *rubs hands together evilly*

Liz as John is awesome.... nobody will do it like Sasha did but I like that they gave it to Liz...

This last episode... I like Ann... I think she takes gorgeous photos but her height and general presentation is going to prevent her from going anywhere serious... and she didn't deserve FCO this time.

Kendall should have had it... Kendall will work after this is all over... she won't win but she'll work.

I wasn't sorry to see Kacey go... not one bit.

Chris knows how to model but doesn't look like a model.

Jane is gorgeous but really just a more commercial version of Natasha P or Magda F... and she just doesn't seem to get it or want it...

Esther's face!!! I can't get over it... she's sooo beautiful... I wish she had a more 'modelesque' figure... still... that face!

Kayla looks a lot like one of the girls from NetherlandsNTM... and I hate the red hair.

Chelsea is gorgeous but doesn't look fresh...

Liz's bone structure and androgyny make me happy... unfortunately she never looks 'expensive'

Kirsi is actually 6'2" though. She's taller than Frida Gustavsson and Karlie Kloss, both of which are known for being ludicrously tall.

In other news, I think Ann would make a lovely editorial model, but I do worry over her height and her proportions as far as catwalk is concerned. Other girls have overcome the incredibly tall barrier, but even then, some of them don't get all the work their faces would demand because samples simply cannot be tailored exactly to a girl so tall. However, I'm still picking her or Chelsea to win it all - though I think I'd most prefer Jane if she can show me that she's high fashion in print.

Aw, Esther is really becoming one of the loveliest girls from this show. I love her personality, and her look. She really is blossoming. I am glad that Patrick and Lori both liked her
