Well,something else that Marilyn's fan boards have noticed is that alot of lines he's used in this new "Evan" album,he's gotten from a collective insight of Evan's movies.So,he wasn't really even writing this album?And they say to watch Evan's film,"Pretty Persuasion" and you'll see what this is all about.
So,for this new album,you should become an Evan Rachel Wood fan.I don't see the big deal with her,pretty lucky and ordinary.The work she gets is better than most actresses her age but I've seen nothing special about her acting or looks.She does make good choices in choosing roles-I'll give her that.
-This is getting funny and entertaining to follow but I'm probably gonna skip this album and Evan's films.
Marilyn has been copying so many other peoples work,most notably David Bowie's[which is how I became lumped into this]and it's been tolerated but somehow with all this talk from him about-"this is me","this is my true feeling self","blah,blah,blah"and to find out most of the new lyrics can be found either in movies or books-I just can't see how he can expect anyone to take any of this,his art or persona seriously.I think all of his fans should be disappointed.

Actually, I have just learned yesterday that Manson is coming to my city (Montréal) to do a show featuring Slayer as header. This tour seems to be a big thing: They took a whole page of the newspaper to advertise the event that will take place August 8th. Tickets are not even on sale yet; they will be May 26th. I can only guess the price of the tickets! All I wanted to say was that I totally lost interest about him and his music of late. Although I saw Manson live in 2001 and the show was even better than I'd ever immagined, I wouldn't go see him live this year even if someone would give me a free ticket... In my heart, Marilyn Manson has become obsolete.

Yes, this is weird - funny mix. Slayer is pure metal, Manson, well, hard-rock-alternative. I've checked the newspaper again and both bands are billed equally. The crowd will probably be split in two: The goths and the metalheads. Ouch!

This IS madness,Marilyn Manson with his new "singing style"LOVE album touring with Slayer!!!!I did want to go before I heard about the Slayer connection-I'm a little tiny girl,they'd kill me,those Slayer fans!!I used to hang out with some Slayer fans so I know how they can be.I saw Marilyn during Mechanical Animals promotional tour and twice for HolyWood and he puts on a great live show.He impressed me.
I guess Evan will be touring with him when this starts up.His gals usually do.I will still like Marilyn somewhat-I never just drop something I've had a liking for.I always keep up with things.There are just some disappointing things about all of this I'm hearing.I guess we'll see how it all goes,sit back and watch it play out.

Little Tiny please check your listing about the Manson tour before deciding not to go because of Slayer. Maybe Slayer is not part of all the tour dates; depends which city-country you live. Here, in the Province of Québec, we have a lot of die-hard metalheads. The french part of Canada is known to be a haven for Metal bands. A bit like Norway and the northern european countries. Many bands like Iron Maiden for example, started their success in North America by being known here first. So maybe this strange pairing of Manson-Slayer has something to do with the demography.

I did and he is coming to Atlanta in July with Slayer.It's odd-I could see this during Antichrist Superstar but not now.Marilyn will probably do a second tour later though-he usually does.

Wow,how sexy!!!!Nice picture.I am finding it quite a surprise that Evan is the kind of girl who'd do all of this stuff-the real sex in the video,touching herself on video,posing nude everywhere.You just think that she wouldn't be this way.I wonder if this changes her career from "teenage" good dramatic actress-to "woman" serious roles.I just don't see her still being seen as a teenage actress since all of this new stuff.She's being very risky.

Well,the tour has started and there have been Evan sightings on every stop.I've seen some concert photos and they look pretty good.I wish Marilyn Manson luck!!
The album is really good too,reminds me of Holywood-only the mood.The only song[which also has nothing to do with new squeeze,Evan]that I don't really see the point in including on the album is"Mutilation is the Most Sincere Form"-which is a telling off tribe to bands such as My Chemical Romance.He shouldn't have cared enough to respond.
Anyone going?Gone?Any couple sightings?

^^I recently saw some footage of the MM latest tour & show (cannot remember the city). I like his style this year; the clothes, the makeup. I didn't know about Evan being with him on tour. I cannot remember if I seen this on TV or the net. Little Tiny, I'll keep you posted if i see some more.

I love Jamie And I loved them in the Green Day video. It is Evan's choice but I would have taken Jamie Bell over Manson

Manson's hatred of MCR is ridiculous. I'm a fan of both and I don't think Gerard way has once attempted to copy Manson. Inspired, perhaps but imitated I don't think so.

Marilyn Manson and girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood turned heads at the North Station in Paris, France yesterday. He was being very affectionate with her, giving her a kiss on the head that resembled a gross father/daughter moment.
Recently, he told Metro magazine that Evan, whom is 19, is the mature one in their relationship.

With meeting Evan Rachel Wood, who is my girlfriend now, we wouldn’t have been expected to have anything in common until we just became friends.I realized that besides the fact I’m clearly the immature one in the relationship, she’s a twin in a lot of ways and her personality reflects a lot of things I felt I wasn’t supposed to be.
