giselle's ad doesnt look too promising. she doesnt have much depth that great david yurman's girls like kate, daria and natalia have.

Well, I'd love to see both Angela and Guinevere. But that's impossible so I think I'm gonna stick with the latter one. Amber would definitely be amazing too! Remember those unforgettable ads she did from the late 90s by Glen Luchford?

And should Thairine Garcia be in the campaign (which she is hopefully not), will she be a hot-this-minute or a new breakout star?

I think Thairine is "hot this minute" and Vanessa a "new breakout star". I also hope Thairine wont be part of this campaign but I wouldn't be surprised if she is. She is not my cup of tea.

I'm almost expecting Ymre Stiekema to repeat Prada. As for the Veteran my money is on Angela Lindvall or Anne Vyalitsyna. The of the moment girl could be Natasha Poly, Kasia Struss, or even Daria Strokus.

I don't know if this means anything, but Chloe Sevigny was wearing head to toe Miu Miu F/W12.13 at the met. Could that be a sign for an upcoming campaign?

Word was Frida Gustavsson & Jac Jagaciak shooted together last month for a campaign and Zuzanna Bijoch was booked first. Anyone has clues?

Do you mean Frida and Jac replaced Zuzanna or the other way around? Or Zuzanna is still in the campaign with them? Sorry, I'm a little confused.

yes it's true. i dont think im allowed to tell which campaign. but they were booked like 3 days before the shoot or something. i feel bad for Z.B who was booked first one month before.....

I certainly hope not. They may as well put a wig on a mannequin and shoot that because that's as interesting as Linda is in print. She has a frozen face void of variety and expression. The F/W08 campaign is one of my least favorites.

If Prada is casting a legend, to me the former Prada models who can rightfully be referred to as such are Linda and Naomi. To me neither one gives good face these days, Naomi gets photoshopped within an inch of a SIMS character, and Linda is all but a SIMS character, but Meisel loves them and I cannot rule out that he won't be able to come up with at least two or three visually pleasing images, if indeed one of them is cast.

ETA:
What about McMenamy? I don't know her history with Prada but IIRC her VI cover was something like McMenamy the Legend, and she too is one Meisel's beloveds.

assuming hisssquad wasn't misusuing the legend word, imo it can only mean a select few.

My guess is Linda. She's finally back working this year after a long hiatus. She was Prada's guest at Met, and is Meisel's ultimate muse.
