Lindsay Lohan may be fresh from rehab and facing possible jail time, but rather than taking it easy, it sounds like the 24-year-old starlet is back to her hard partying habits!
A source tells X17online exclusively that after stopping by the SL Lounge in New York City last night, Lilo headed over to 1Oak and stayed until 4am! The insider added, "She is only doing this because she won't be photographed in NY like she is in LA, so she thinks she can get away with it. It certainly seems like she's fallen back to her old party habits, as evident from her wild behavior and the company she's keeping."
Apparently Lilo was tearing it up on the dance floor with a group of drunk men, and while she hasn't tweeted anything recently, we're curious to see what she has to say about this!

Looks like next Friday is it...the LA Times says...

Despite the offer last week by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz to Lohan's lawyer, the actress has so far refused to consider any time in jail and has insisted she never took anything intentionally, the source said. If need be, she will go to trial, according to the source.
While Schwartz initially said Lohan would have a deadline of March 10 to resolve the case in his court, last week he set an interim court date of March 25.
He told the "Mean Girls" actress she would either show up on that date, enter a plea and get some jail time or not appear at all and the case would be set for a hearing before Judge Stephanie Sautner. The hearing would determine whether there is sufficient evidence to try the case.
Schwartz warned Lohan that Sautner would hear the jewelry theft case while also considering whether the conduct amounted to a violation of Lohan's probation on a 2007 misdemeanor drunk-driving conviction. Sautner could jail Lohan on the probation violation if she finds the actress in violation even before a trial on the Jan. 22 alleged necklace theft.
Schwartz previously warned Lohan any settlement would result in her going to jail. He also said she would need to enter court-supervised therapy and have a 12-step program sponsor independent of her family and friends.

She took her brothers and sister to a New York Knicks game last night (March 17) and afterward Lindsay Lohan was spotted catching a cab all by herself.

The “Mean Girls” actress took her siblings back to their hotel and then made off to an apartment building for a little fun of her own.

As for the recent reports that she’s been downing alcoholic iced tea, LiLo says it’s all a bunch of lies.

“I did not drink, period. I do not drink, period” she insisted when asked about the tea, as well as rumors that she was sipping adult beverages while out in Manhattan.

Despite coming to town to spend some "quiet time" with her family, Lindsay Lohan was up all night partying with reality stars at the city's hottest nightspots.

On Wednesday, Lohan hit the scene at The Lion before visiting two clubs where she was spotted kissing a mystery man. She even managed to fit in a secret rendezvous with former girlfriend Samantha Ronson at the Standard Hotel earlier that afternoon, although they were spotted leaving separately.

Lohan, who insisted she wasn't drinking and carried a water bottle all night, hit the town with a crew including "The City" star Samantha Swetra and Next Models booker Derek Saathoff, who appears on Logo's "A-List" and once boasted that Lohan always sleeps at his place when she's in New York.

A source told us, "There was no way she was going to stay home with her mom. She had dinner, and then, bringing along her water bottle, went clubbing to SL, where she hung out with Tyson Beckford and got in the booth with DJ Phresh. She seemed totally sober and upbeat. She asked if Sam Ronson had been there the night before."

Lohan requested several songs before she was approached by Knicks star Jared Jeffries, who asked for a photo. Another source said, "Tyson was telling her, 'You're so amazing, you're so beautiful, you're so talented. It would be so sad to see that talent go to waste.' They cheered with water." Lohan then took the party to 1Oak and made out with "some random guy," a spy said.

A source close to Lohan added, "Her family is furious. She's supposed to be spending time with them and deciding if she'll take a plea deal. It's almost as if she thinks she may as well have one last final fling." But last night, she turned up at the Knicks game with her brothers and sister.

Lohan has until March 25 to decide if she'll plead guilty to allegations she stole a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store. A guilty plea would result in jail time. A judge will also decide if the theft allegation is a violation of probation on her 2007 misdemeanor drunken-driving conviction, which would also trigger another jail term. Lohan's rep didn't get back to us.

The Jello commercial star, 24, was given the option to:

1) return before Judge Schwartz on Friday, March 25 when, at that time, she can plead either ‘guilty’ or ‘no contest’ to the felony grand theft charge ... it will involve some jail time.

If Lindsay does not accept a plea deal and instead intends to fight the charge:

2) she will have to face fellow Judge Stephanie Sautner for a preliminary hearing on April 22. At that hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence to bound her over for trial on the felony grand theft charge related to the theft of a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice Ceach, CA. Her parole violation will be dealt with then, also.
