And why aren't there any cell phone pictures out there if she is out partying every night? Not that her eyes haven't looked like she is out all night, but no one had come up with some pictures on TMZ if this is going on all the time? No cocktail waitresses, security guys, bartenders willing to tell the details? Seems strange to me...

^ They say you should never say 'hopeless', but this is getting close...She has had what, five rehabs and no change in her behavior? How many car accidents, law suits, arrests and threats of jail time? How much of her career is ruined, along with her looks, her finances, her health and her reputation? And yet she still doesn't get it!! Why is she once again allowed by the court to jet off to parts unknown for heaven knows what? What happened to the community service, that as best I could figure, was going to take months to complete? What about the mandatory counseling sessions, and most of all, why is she not being tested and wearing a SCRAM Bracelet?? She continues to make a mockery of the legal system and get away with it!

She literally will never get her act together...her problems run so deep. Someone like Kirsten Dunst really took the time and got herself together and is now winning Best Actress awards, but she actually took her health seriously. Lindsay is too far gone to even think like that. I mean, what kind of person goes to clubs--which are breeding grounds for fights and all sorts of other illegal activity--knowing that they have major sobriety problems and legal issues?

I would feel bad for her in those beach pictures because she does look genuinely upset that the photographers are there but when your whole "career" for the past several years has been you courting the attention of the paparazzi and staging photo ops all sympathy goes out the window.

Troubled Lindsay Lohan has called on Britney Spears to help her stop her career spiralling out of control.

Lindsay's escapades over recent years has seen her shorn of friends, which has led her to calling on another wild-child - albeit reformed - from saving her from the abyss.

A source told Now magazine: "She called Britney to say she loves her new album Femme Fatale and offered to appear on stage with her when she tours the US this summer."

On June 17, LiLo will start a 17-day sentence - most probably under house arrest - for breaking probabtion conditions following a DUI charge for drink-driving in 2007.

Lindsay's House Arrest -- She Can Have Visitors, But She'd Better Stay Inside

Lindsay Lohan started her house arrest at her luxury beach home in Venice, California Thursday, and although she’s officially an inmate of Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, she’s still free to have as many visitors as she wants.

A law enforcement source confirmed this to RadarOnline.com as the Mean Girls star, 24, started her 35 day home confinement at her stunning $7,100 a month rented property.

The actress has been fitted with an electronic ankle monitor bracelet which will automatically go off if she leaves the property ; if she does, she will do immediate jail time.

Steve Whitmore spokesperson with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told RadarOnline.com: “Miss Lohan came over for a booking this morning around 5am where it was determined that she was eligible for her ankle monitor.

“The Los Angeles County Probation Department recommended that she was eligible for her to do 35 days of home detention also.

“She will be paying for this out of her own pocket. Miss Lohan arrived in a black SUV this morning with her attorney and she was co-operative and professional. She left after about an hour and she currently has her ankle monitor.”

Under the terms of her home arrest, Lohan has to stay in her house 24/7 and must not go outside. Her ankle bracelet is connected to her phone system and is centrally monitored by the Sheriff’s Department too.

The home arrest is considered a better option for the authorities because they save a lot of money with no jail costs to absorb; Lohan is not currently undergoing any blood or alcohol testing.

In addition, the actress has also been ordered by 480 hours of community service, expected to be divided between a women's center and a morgue.

She got away with so many mistakes and the worst part is that she only falls deeper. One day she'll run out of chances and excuses and the world will be there to watch, it's so sad.

I hope that is not really a tattoo, it would be a terrible one. Also her hair looks so bad, if I were her hairdresser, I think I would seriously cut her off. Or just cut all her hair off.

Also, I came to the Lindsay thread to see if this had been posted yet, it's a video by Richard Phillips and is premiering at the Venice Biennale Art Festival I think she looks great in it. When Lindsay looks good, she does have this very '60's look about her.
