She bailed on a big interview with Matt Lauer, possibly failed an alcohol test and went to court today.
And now, a source tells me that her former girlfriend Sam Ronson is seeing a new redhead who has a lot in common with Lindsay, and that the troubled actress is "beyond jealous"...
"Sam has been seeing her new girl for the past couple of weeks now," the source says. "They are very affectionate with each other and not afraid to show it. Sam was even being touchy feely with her in front of her twin sister Charlotte at a recent party."
Interestingly enough, Sam's latest ladyfriend used to be into only guys before she started seeing Sam...just like Lindsay.
We all know that Lindsay has a track record of jealousy issues surrounding Sam, and the source says LiLo has been "freaking out" over the new pairing.
"She hates when Sam is seeing a new girl," my source says.
At least there's one bright side to Lindsay's life...she managed to again avoid going to jail today, and according to her lawyer, she can drink alcohol legally in her home while on house arrest.

Lindsay Lohan blocks view of condo rooftop with new bamboo fence
LOS ANGELES -- Lindsay Lohan has installed a bamboo fence around the rooftop of her Los Angeles condo after being scolded by a judge for throwing an outdoor barbecue while she was under house arrest.
The new barrier will block prying eyes and the paparazzi, who had snapped the actress partying with friends on the roof on June 12, Radar Online reported Friday.
One day after the summer shindig, Lohan failed a urine test, testing positive for alcohol.
Her probation officers said the failed test constituted a violation of her probation for a 2007 DUI charge, but a judge disagreed, ruling Thursday the terms only required Lohan to undergo testing for controlled substances in January and February of 2011.
Judge Stephanie Sautner went on to chastise the actress, however, for exercising "extremely poor judgment" in hosting the house party and said she could only entertain one guest at a time for the remainder of her sentence.
Lohan is currently under house arrest for pleading no contest to taking a $2,500 necklace from a pricey Los Angeles boutique early this year. She began serving her sentence May 26 and could complete her time before her birthday on July 2.
"Lindsay is in compliance with the terms and conditions of her probation ... and her electronic monitoring," her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told reporters Thursday. "She obeyed all laws, she has done nothing wrong. Let's give her credit for that."
TMZ reported the "Mean Girls" star told friends that she was drinking kombucha tea, which claims to contain less than 0.05 percent alcohol, and that could have led to her failed urine test.

^ And, the cops I know say the equipment would never be sensitive enough to measure that amount of 'alcohol' mixed in with a bottle of tea; that would be like measuring if you used mouthwash this morning...She is just making it up as usual, but then, why wouldn't she when it has been getting her off all along!

the attorney general of my state is investigating beezid.com (the "auction" site that lindsay lohan did the commercials for this week) as an illegal gambling operation. The Better Business Bureau gives the site an “F” grade with customers.

Didn't the story about the Matt Lauer incident say she had booked it all by herself? Sounds like yet another example of Lindsay's business savvy; I'll bet she is open to setting up all sorts of questionable "cash only" deals now that the bank account is running low....

There are no show business people to feature who maybe work and produce something to profile? Reminds me of why I let my subscription expire after many years of reading it...Editor Graydon Carter has become the not exactly fashionable Anna Wintour- seemingly being more interested in producing a monthly that is half Us Weekly and half Rolling Stone and filling his Waverly Inn in NYC with every celebrity on the planet- which all fits Lindsay's profile perfectly...)
