Lindsay Lohan has settled an unpaid bill for stereo equipment.
Earlier this week, it was reported Stephen Clark had taken legal action against the troubled actress alleging she had failed to pay for a sound system and its instillation into her Californian home, but he has now cancelled the lawsuit after she handed over the cash for his work.
Stephen - who had sued for $1,180 - told gossip website TMZ: "She paid and I cancelled the small claims file.
"Lindsay is actually really nice and I think my invoice got mixed up or something ... It's all good now!"

The case was the latest in a string of problems for Lindsay, who had the equipment installed while she was under house arrest.
The 'Mean Girls' actress was freed on 29th June after serving 35 days of house arrest for the theft of a necklace from an upmarket boutique and for violating the terms of probation set for her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence (DUI).
Last week, Lindsay - who has also started 480 hours of community service at the Los Angeles Downtown Women's centre as part of her sentence - appeared in court for a progress hearing, where she was ordered to find an individual therapist.
However, during the hearing, the 25-year-old actress' lawyer insisted she hadn't been able to have the mandatory psychological treatment due to "financial issues".

How did we miss this gem from last Monday's NY Post? I am taking it that it never happened because it would have been an item, but what's really interesting is that she isn't really welcome anyway!!

Despite being warned to finish her community service for shoplifting and drunken-driving convictions on Thursday, troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan is hoping to jet to St.-Tropez this Thursday and stay until Aug. 2.

She has completed just 33 of the 480 hours of her community service, but is already looking forward to parties in the Mediterranean. Problem is, party planners aren't exactly falling over themselves to invite her to their lavish and sometimes liquor-sponsored bashes. "She's a liability," a source said. Lohan's rep said, "We don't comment on any [of Lindsay's] travel plans."

Lindsay Lohan seems to have become a non-stop party animal. For the third day in a row, the troubled starlet partied down in Malibu with her new BFF (and former enemy) Paris Hilton.
Saturday night's bash became Sunday morning's, and Lindsay didn't leave until 4 AM!

Lindsay very definitely didn't want to be seen when she left Paris' rented beach pad.
She pulled her hoodie up over her head, and when she got into the passenger seat of the car driving her home, she completely bent over in an effort to obscure her face.

Lindsay is still on probation for her theft and DUI convictions and has no prohibitions against partying, but it was only 10 days ago that Judge Stephanie Sautner warned her to "go back to community service and your life will be in order."
The no-nonsense justice added that she'll accept "no excuses" from Lindsay for not completing her counseling and community service requirements within the required time.

"No excuses" would probably include partying like a rock star.
