Don't you think the day is near that no one is going to want her at their shows anymore? I mean, these people spend really big money putting on their shows, why would you want to take a chance of this burn out ruining the whole proceedings? It would almost seem to show bad judgement by the designer to allow her there like a grenade about to go off...

The only thing missing in the picture above is "ENABLER" written on Dina`s forehead...

Lindsay Lohan continued on her path of Fashion Week mayhem at last night's V Magazine Black and White Ball at the Top of the Standard. The crowd (which included Alexander Wang, Carine Roitfeld, and Rachel Zoe) seemed to be in good spirits, when Lohan, without warning, rose from a banquette in a sunken section of the club (where she was sitting with her swashbuckling compatriot from Cynthia Rowley's show) and sent a drink — still in its glass — sailing over the wall and directly at a cocktail waitress.
After the waitress cleaned herself up, she told The Cut that the soaking had been a case of poor aim. After tossing the glass, Lohan yelled to the waitress, “Not you, him!” indicating a nearby man in a white T-shirt. From there Lohan, accompanied by Rowley and the ill-mannered pirate, nibbled on French fries (she threw those, too) and refused to speak to reporters. She then moved her group to another section of the bar, sucker-punching a seemingly innocent bystander as she walked past.
Just when it seemed things couldn’t get stranger, the lights came on and the music went off. “She’s bleeding!” yelled a man at the bar. Medics surrounded a brunette woman, lying with her black sheer-stocking-ed legs elevated on a white leather couch, adjacent to where Lohan had been sitting. When they lifted her up to place her on a stretcher, the back of her black dress was soaked in blood. Broken glass, a security guard confirmed after she had been rolled out. By then, the crowd had thinned out.

Isn't this considered aggravated assault or assault with intent? It sure would be where I live...and for a repeat offender on probation? Humm??

Not sure Dina would have helped the situation that soon ensued when Lohan finally got wind of the people taking her picture. She pointed her finger at one man as she stood up on the booth’s seat, walking closer to him. When he backed away, leaving only the booth’s barrier between them, she grabbed her drink and threw it at him, just missing him as it hit the ground.

its funny watching her "accidentally" burning all these bridges...
i saw photos of the cops and emergency team at the event.
throwing glasses is very serious in the US, one guy from my city died after getting glassed this year. they ended up shutting down the venue for a while and forcing the venue to use plastic cups.
the venue may go after her for damages.

Marc Jacobs Kicks Lindsay Lohan Out Of His Fashion Week After Party
The after parties for big designer runway presentations are normally as A-list as it gets, but Lindsay Lohan was unceremoniously kicked out of the biggest one of the week: Marc Jacobs.
Of course, fashion week parties have been a touchy subject for Lohan since Wednesday night, when she was alleged to have thrown a full drink (glass and all!) at a photographer covering V Magazine‘s Liz Taylor themed party at The Standard Hotel in New York. Styleite attended the party, and while we didn’t see the actual glass throwing, we did see the poor girl whose night ended in a bloody mess when she slipped and fell on the shattered glass, cutting her arm.
Wanting to avoid the same fate for one (or possibly more) of their guests, the people who organized Marc Jacobs party are said to have set up checkpoints to prevent La Lohan from getting in — or at least that’s what we hear from Observer reporter Nate Freeman, who attended the party. Nevertheless, Women’s Wear Daily tweeted at 11:15 last night that Lohan was making her way through the party, where attendees no doubt allowed her a wide berth, so as not to incur her wrath. Lohan made it all of six minutes before being bounced from the party — WWD tweeted again at 11:21 to say that she had left.
But none of this surprises us all that much, given just how things happened the night before. After Lindsay threw a glass at photographer Jaspin Rischen at the V Magazine party, she reportedly headed to the Electric Room at the Dream Downtown hotel. Photographer Todd Eberle toldPage Six that Lohan threw a drink at him, too, which landed on his laptop. Eberle said, with sarcasm, “I’m thrilled to be a part of Ms. Lohan’s colorful history!”
Yeah. We say good move on Jacobs’ part, and thank goodness no one else had to get hurt.
