Yes. In the ONTD post with the pictures from her Vogue Espana cover, a poster said the film was being released in theatres in her country (Spain). I don't know the other countries.

Variety also reports:

"Labor Pains" is receiving a theatrical release in parts of the world, and will be issued on DVD shortly after its premiere.

Web rumors have been circulating online today about Robert De Niro, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jonah Hill joining Robert Rodriguez’s Machete feature. According to an exec at Rodriguez's Troublemaker Studios, they are not true. "I don’t know where they’re coming from with that," says Eleonora Avellan, who tells EW that the project -- based on a fake trailer (embedded below, NSFW) about a Mexican mercenary in 2007’s Grindhouse -- is slated for 2010. "We’re still in development. Robert is working on the screenplay now."

But an inside source involved with the project also spoke to EW today and claimed that De Niro, Hill, and Rodriguez are actually involved, in addition to Lindsay Lohan and Steven Seagal.

The one bit of casting that does seem certain is star Danny Trejo, of whom even Avellan says, “Without him, I don’t think there’s a Machete.”

Comic-Con: Robert Rodriguez Says Lindsay Lohan Has A Role In 'Machete'... If She Wants It



Machete," the first film spawned from the too-cool trailers peppering Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez' "Grindhouse" double feature will begin shooting next week, according to Rodriguez -- and Lindsay Lohan has a role waiting for her.


The "Sin City" director dropped by Movies Blog HQ to promote his upcoming family-friendly feature "Shorts," and while he was there, we had to get an update on the Danny Trejo-starring trailer that's soon to become a full-length film.

"I can't say too much about it except we start shooting in a couple weeks," Rodriguez told MTV News. "These things come together very quickly and we're casting right now. The script just came out great."

Along with addressing the uncommon need for the film to live up to its trailer, the director said the only official casting thus far has been Trejo and Michelle Rodriguez. While he wouldn't confirm rumors that Robert DeNiro might have a role in the film, he did say that Lindsay Lohan has a part waiting for... if she wants it.

"Lindsay's cool," said Rodriguez. "There's actually cool part in the movie for her if she takes it."

I'm happy to hear that her career could get back on track but i think she could waste this opportunity since she's getting back to her old bad habits. As much as i truly support her and love her..she needs to stop! I just saw a video on x17video where she sounded completely drunk, yelling at Samantha and crying..here's the caption:

X17 Xclusive: July 26, 2009 - After drinking at Playhouse, Lindsay Lohan and her friend went to Samantha Ronson's house around 3am. After several hours of waiting, Lindsay is upset and crying when Sam arrives home at 5 am. Sam asks "Who is out here?" and Lindsay cries, "Uh, your girlfriend!" Lindsay doesn't believe Sam when she tells her she was at her sister's house. Sam lets Lindsay in, but asks her friend to leave. Then Lindsay's car alarm goes off, and her friend seems too tipsy to even call a cab.

But the worst part is, I believe, the fact that Lindsay has been doing this for a long time already - fighting, screaming, slamming doors, crying her heart out on someone else's doorsteps - humiliating herself in front of cameras and strangers. She's finally a tragic figure, like she always wanted to be, emulating the worst from someone like Marilyn Monroe or any other alcohol/dr*g fueled star whose life ended too soon.

agreed - so well said. i have hung out with her a bunch of times whenever she is in nyc (shes best friends from growing up with one of my best friends from work) and she is a good hearted girl shes really not that bad. takes care of us when we're out, etc. but man this is bad she needs to pull herself together. i hope she can do it, shes got some talent and is gorgeous. wow that is a bad video....

btw - sort of seemed like that girl roxy was trying to hook up with her or something...
