i was wondering if anyone in the NYC area wants to swap sizes of items, i had no luck in getting some sizes or items i wanted so im not SELLING just want to swap and make each other happy

Of course it's true! Most stores got a 100% of Stella stock and that's it!

I actually think this is a better way to go about these events, it builds up the desirablity. The way this line was organized was much better than Karl Lagerfeld for H&M.


My question is: who's next? Please be Phoebe Philo!!!

I was thinking Phoebe Philo, just because she has that street cred and youthful edge mixed with elegance.

What I'm trying to say is that if there is enough hype and publicity around anything, it is likely to be a sucess!


*I don't know it Hennes and Mauritz already have another project of this sort in planning, but if enough customers worldwide request Phoebe as their designer of choice, it'll happen! These guys really do listen.

It doesn't seem her. Like, I remember stella to be more soft esp with colours, while the colours in those pieces look bold...

if phoebe philo designed a line next, a) i would be one of the happiest people ever and b) be waiting outside my local H&M atleast one day before the store opens (i learned my lesson with the stella collection, which is good because i love phoebe so much more).

I think if you try going to HM in the morning, they normally restock the Stella McCartney line.

So I'm guessing my store manager was not telling the truth when she told me they would be restocking everyday for the next two weeks! Ah well, got mostly what I wanted, except for those shorts....

This whole "limited" thing is all well and good, builds desirability to the stuff or whatever, but what good profit-wise does it do h&m?
Juicemajor- I checked with newcastle manager, and she said they probably wouldnt be getting different stock, just repeats of the same item

I can't believe how much some of the stuff is selling for on ebay, but its a buyers market I suppose, they are only selling for that much because people are willing to pay that much!

I highly doubt if Mr Toledano the president of Chloe will allow Phoebe Philo to do it! He's very strict you know!
