Vogue Paris May 2011 : Kate Moss by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott

Lol's in fact tell em to become a subscriber to encourge the continually use of Kate, Sasha, Anja, Freja and Karmen.

The five mentioned are great, but there are plenty of other girls that should get a spread of two in VP every now and then you'll never know other girl's potentials unless you give them a chance:innocent:

Well, I don't know if it works this way in Poland, but in the US it's actually cheaper to go out every month and buy every issue ($16 x 10 = 160) than to subscribe (it costs over $200)

I really like the variety of poses in Kate's ed. I'm a great fan of hers, but she's so well established that sometimes her works seem a bit lazy, not only on her part, but also on the editors, who just don't seem to make any effort styling her.
I don't like Rock Star Baby though. The hair is terrible, and everything is just... I don't know. I just don't like this rockstar thing done so obviously.

That's one thing about Vogue Paris - I could never complain about the casting. Although I won't deny I was searching for Natasha Poly, when clicking through the previews. The black and white shots from Kate's editorial are stunning, they ooze elegance and sophistication. I guess the colour shots add that something extra to the story. Karmen's Miss Vogue feature looks sublime too, I love what I see already.

donno, miss carine actually! the combo carine-emanuelle was so nice. is this issue just about neon colors?

the cover is ok though, because its kate. only because of that. and it was a given she would get the cover this month.

I don't think I'm going to write Alt off until we get a few more issues from her and she's more settled. I'll save my judgement for the September or October issues.

Very disappointed with Freja's ed. There's nothing very exciting about it, and the styling just seems off. It's almost too synonymous with Alt's personal sense of style. + Kate's ed is 50/50. The black/white shots are stunning, then the others are just odd. The cover shot barely saved this issue, imo.

I'm, like everyone else, is bored with the casting. They're good-Karmen, Sasha, Anja etc-but they are not theonly ones.

So far, I love Kate's editorial.

I absolutely love Kate's and Freja's editorial, but I wish there was more variety on the models they choose.-

I'm liking the colourful shots in Anja's editorial, but the B&W ones do completely nothing for me.

Does this issue come with a supplement at the newsstand?
