Yes, but the blind item points out the actress met the costume designer on a set that is NOT the franchise film. This detail is not important in Miley's case, but it is in Kristen's, because her franchise film stars her boyfriend.

The blind could have just said "she's also hooking up with a costume designer she met on set". That would cast doubt on Rob/Kristen because how could she have a fling when he's right there? But by saying it was a different film set, that opens up the possibility.

And that detail wouldn't be important in Miley's case. She was dating Justin Gaston when she did the HM film and he wasn't part of the film so it didn't matter which set (HM or Last Song). Plus I've never read any speculation she's a lesbian.

daj: didn't she shoot wttr after twilight? i remember there were pap pics of her and Nikki on set (surprise surprise only when nikki was there) and it was shot partially in new orleans (or somewhere in that area iirc) and didn't they buy rob some cap/hat? i remember something like that...but i doubt she kept the makeup artist lover for so long anyways

i think there's only one costume designer per movie, but he/she has his/her assistants so they're listed as assistants in the credits if i'm not mistaken. i have hard time believing any BI which puts Kristen as a main guess for a lesbian in question, but that's only cus i never had gay vibes when it comes to her. seems as if most ppl are indeed certain she is a lesbian, so she's lately everyone's no.1 guess in these BI's with questionable sexual orientation.
