G was having a late lunch at [our restaurant] [time and date] with her beautiful brunette friend and G was going into great detail on how she hooked up with J at the Beverly Hills Hotel some time ago. (Sounded like earlier this Summer.) They were sitting at one of our “exclusive” tables and positioned in way where they thought they had complete privacy. They were not loud at all in fact very whispery, but I heard a good portion of their conversation. From what I could make out… G met J backstage after a couple of his concerts and she gave him her cell number. I had to go to the prep area for a minute and when I came back G was describing to her friend how J was very “oral” so to speak and so was she! J also loved how G got on top and was “bouncing on it” (her words) and he liked taking her from behind. Apparently, J also became obsessed with her breasts and couldn’t keep his hands and mouth off of them. G was actually way more explicit and detailed, but I thought I would summerize and not be gross. I am kind of upset about this because I’m a fan of hers and she seems really sweet with a nice family, but the whole time G and her friend were giggling and carrying on like it wasn’t that big a deal. While J seems like a scumbag and it hardly shocks me that he would have sex with a married woman. Kinda sad. This seemed like an odd pairing and I’ve never heard of any rumors regarding the two of them.

Giada De Laurentiis Denies John Mayer Hookup Rumors. Recently, Star posted a piece that claimed that Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis had a steamy hookup with John Mayer. Star sourced anonymous tips which seemed to indicate that an eyewitness saw Mayer and the ‘Everyday Italian’ star at The Standard hotel in New York City. Giada De Laurentiis is married to Anthropologie designer Todd Thompson, and has a child with him. She and her reps deny that John Mayer is anything more than perhaps an acquaintance – and even calling him an “acquaintance” is pushing it.
Her rep claims “It is a shame a media outlet such as Star needs to rely on disgraceful lies and hide behind false anonymous ‘sources’ in order to entertain their readers,”
In addition, the Food Network star was “heartbroken” by the account.
John Mayer also denies any hookup rumors. The star, who has been linked romantically to Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson, said via his reps that “the claims are absolutely ridiculous.”
Just wanted to clear the air on the Giada De Laurentiis, John Mayer hookup rumors. They aren’t true – and as with anything – take romantic hookup gossip with a grain of salt.

if it was Sacha Baron Cohen he wouldn't mention the engagement, i think, since he and Isla were engaged for a long long time before marrying, i think it's Russel Brand, cus as quickly as they got engaged they got married hence the usage of both in the BI.

The Altar-Ego thing is what made me think it's Sacha BC, what with the many personalities he's assumed for pseudo-documentaries/TV (Ali G, Borat, Bruno). Though the 'tight pants' bit does tend to make me think of Russell Brand...

Meanwhile, thanks to your continued support, LaineyGossip is still around and I still love doing this every day. I still have more plans for the site, I still have goals that I’m too afraid to say out loud that involve writing more and differently, but most importantly, I still cannot tell you how much I appreciate that reading gossip on this blog is a part of your day. No one will tell him he sucks


He wants this so badly, to be taken seriously as an actor. But on the set of his new movie, everyone is baffled. By how terrible he is. Like laughably terrible. The worst timing, the most awkward line reads, cheesy expressions… at this point it’s become a fun work-time activity: watch him get through a scene, feel the fontrum for him while he sucks it so hard so obliviously, giggle your t*ts off later because he walks around thinking he is the sweetest sh-t ever.

There’s an ego involved, of course, and he actually thinks he’s doing a good job, that he is gifted in this discipline too. Please. He is not gifted. And his lack of gifts in this respect could cost the entire production. The weakest link drags it all down. Which is why people are mystified that the director has not bothered to fix it. Like suggesting more classes, like pushing his coach, like replacing him with someone who can actually do it? None of the above. Word is, he’ll make the corrections in post by greatly reducing the role. Unless there’s a miracle and suddenly Cate Blanchett comes out of his *** to save the day. Not likely

I remember a lot guessing Justin Timberlake and it seems like it might be him, this is what Lainey wrote today. And the blind was written in december 2009, just when the social network was finishing filming.

Pippy’s Oscar bargains

Hilarious article on Page Six yesterday about how badly Pipsqueak wants an Oscar nomination. Needless to say, he thinks he’s deserving of one for his performance in The Social Network. This is when you snort. Oh, you mean when David Fincher had to heavy edit all his scenes, layered with distracting music like a music video?

Please.

This little b*tch has never been short on ego. And he truly believes he belongs at the Kodak.

I do believe the editing, even though I think he fit the movie and in no way was bad I couldn't help but notice how little he was in shot during his scenes and how much editing there was to his scenes.
