I honestly don't even think a bail option should have been put in, this girl needs serious help and having people getting her out of these situations won't teach her the lesson that needs to be taught desperately.

I'm willing to bet that if this was someone who wasn't famous, they would be sitting in jail right now..

She really needs detox before anything happens...they can't evaluate her when she was out at five clubs and a house party a couple of hours before...!

what she should do is move into a live-in rehab, stay there for at least 6 months, then move out of HW.

if she was away from the party scene, and the party 'friends' and possibly her mother (who seems to deny the fact that her daughter really does have a problem), then i think she would be on a good track to getting over her issues..

i think if she spent at least a year or more away from all of this, she could get her act together and be able to get decent roles and climb her way back up to having a successful career..

her career is damaged from the roles and reputation she has, and if she is serious about being in the buisness she really needs to get it together..

^ Very true..and people love a comeback story- she just needs to (finally) put in the hard work of getting herself better....I have a feeling she is going to be in some kind of treatment facility in the near future- she is really out of options!

i agree. she's so far into the party zone that real work to her is just not do-able....the things she'd have to stick with, times/dates/appointments/etc....i just dont think it's possible for her to do with the way she is currently living her life, and the things she's puts as her 'priorities'

Lindsay Lohan did not attend one of her alcohol education sessions on Sunday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Dina Lohan had told us exclusively that Lindsay would be making up a session following her return to Los Angeles Saturday night. It didn't happen.

"Lindsay wanted to go to class today. She had every intention of going, but the staff at the program were unable to accommodate her," a source close to the actress tells us. "The head of the program had a prior commitment to attend a graduation, and that's who Lindsay sees.

"Lindsay truly wanted to do this today," the source says.
