Plus, I've had my wisdom teeth out.. apart from what they give you during surgery, I never needed anything but a few tylenol.

yah, but there are many Hollywood dentists who could 'determine it medically necessary' for her to have extra special meds.

Remember Matthew Perry from Friends, he said he got hooked on Vidocen and Oxycotin after wisdom tooth surgery, they were prescribing it to him for months after. trust, she's not going to just get T3s'

Poor Lindsay- everyone seems to be so against her, when she's just an innocent, hard working kid from Long Island (Exit 51) trying to make it in the big, cruel world!! Lindsay Lohan hides her face as she emerges from the cinema at 1.30am having seen "Sex and the City 2" with her gal pals - Electra and Lady Victoria Hervey (blonde). The young star was reluctant to be photographed, probably because she had earlier had her wisdom teeth extracted.

its hard to not feel annoyed by her anymore. i want to give her the benefit of the doubt but the day i got my wisdom teeth out i did not leave my couch, let alone go to a movie. she must be veeeeery loopy from her meds. hm.

Lindsay Lohan Mum On D**g Use

June 2, 2010 - Lindsay Lohan refused to say under oath whether she was under the influence of dr**s when she went on a wild chase down Pacific Coast Highway in 2007 ... TMZ has learned. And we've now obtained the police report from the incident showing Lindsay's urine tested positive for co***ne.
The lawyer for Tracie Rice, a passenger in the car Lindsay was chasing, claims during her deposition last month, LiLo refused to answer questions "regarding her d**g use and/or possession on the day of the incident."

In legal papers obtained by TMZ, Rice's lawyer, Paul Hoffman, claims Lindsay invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and refused to answer the question.

As TMZ previously reported, when police pulled Lindsay over they allegedly found traces of co***ne in her pants pocket. She was booked for possession of co***ne but never charged for that crime. Lindsay eventually pled no contest to two counts of DUI. She also pled guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Hoffman claims there's no problem with self-incrimination because the criminal case is over.

In the Santa Monica Police Department report, it shows Lindsay's urine test showed the presence of co***ne.

Hoffman wants a judge to force Lindsay to answer the question. He also wants the judge to force Lindsay to answer whether she feels remorse over the incident.

She prefers to live by her own rules, but it seems Lindsay Lohan is finally abiding by the law.
The Mean Girls actress obediently showed up for her weekly court-mandated alcohol education class in LA today.
She didn't exactly look thrilled to be there but at least she arrived prepared for the session with a notepad in hand.
The 23-year-old skipped out on a session last month after deciding she would prefer to go to the Cannes Film Festival instead.

She also missed a probation hearing for the 2007 drink driving case after claiming she lost her passport.
In the end she was fitted with an alcohol monitoring device and ordered to undergo weekly random d**g and alcohol testing.
Lindsay, who had her wisdom teeth removed yesterday, must complete 13 classes and is believed to have three left to attend.
Sources claim Lindsay finally realises the seriousness of the situation she faces.
A friend said: 'She doesn't want to go to jail and she wants her career back. She is trying to surround herself with people who are a good influence instead of the usual enablers.'

Dina & Michael Lohan -- Truce Over Child Support

Dina and Michael Lohan had to sit in the same NY courtroom today to settle their child support war -- and according to Michael's lawyer ... they actually came to an amicable agreement.


The details of the agreement have not been released -- but both sides expressed that they are extremely happy to put this drama in the past ... in fact, Dina told us she was "going to Disneyland" to celebrate.

As we previously reported, Michael had fallen more than $15,000 behind in payments for their 3 minor children.
