In general, I think, Lindsay really has it maybe a lil bit harder, because there is no one I know around her, that would support her. Her mother should not go with her to bars, there should be no alcohol around Lindsay. She can't avoid it forever, but she has to have someone who will guide her and helps her to say no.

i was only expecting 30 days but when she said 30 days 3 times!
and anoter 90 days of rehab!

i laughed when her lawyer asked foe the scram braclet to be taken off
why? so she can get some binge drinking in, maybe even an OD so she wouldnt have to go to jail

i wouldnt have given her 2 weeks to surrender either
i watched the live feed on tmz and you could tell she knew she was screwed from the start

I have such a hard time feeling sorry for her. If she had tried to get clean or something then yeah I would be supporting her but she doesn't care. It's everyone else fault but hers.

She'll likely get a very early release. Nicole spent something like an hour and a half in jail for a 4 day sentence.

Yeah, she was 3-4 months pregnant at the time. But they released a statement saying she was released due to overcrowding and this happens with most non-violent offenders.

The difference is that LiLo's going in on a probation violation, not the initial charge. In most states, that makes the rules very different. Most states don't allow early release on probation violations.

But Kookifornia is it's own world, so who knows.

This isn't Nicole or Paris. From what I remember and I don't log this is my permanent memory, Nicole and Paris had DUI's(?) Lindsay did many other things that brought this on her hence the tougher sentence. The judge went through most of them in the live feed. Plus comparing them is pointless you can't justify bad behavior with more bad behavior.

Oh my that was a way harsher sentence than I thought she would get, and she had a full on breakdown when it was read aloud.

Still, till the end she was acting like a child--crying for the judge like that wouldn't matter at this point. I sincerely hope this is finally the thing that straightens her out, once and for all. She's still so young.

Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore just explained ... generally, a female inmate in Lindsay's situation only serves 25% of their sentence ... which means LiLo will most likely spend 25 days behind bars.
