We know two people who'll be added to the Burn Book this year: Mario and Luigi. Lindsay Lohan may have been the star of 'Mean Girls,' but she's curiously missing from the cover for the upcoming Nintendo DS game based on the hit 2004 film. In lieu of Lohan, the cover instead features Rachel McAdams, Lacey Chabert and Amanda Seyfried, who played the trio of super-popular girls known as "the plastics." The film follows the life of a new student named Cady Heron, played by Lohan.

According to a description of the game found on GameStop.com, 'Mean Girls' will "follow the misadventures of Cady from Jingle Bell Rock to the School Prom."
Developed by 505 Games, 'Mean Girls' will allow you to "go up against plastics, jocks, art freaks and math-letes, as you work to play the cliques against each other and become the high school prom queen!"

Has Lohan been filtered out because of her damaged image in real life? Do marketers view her as toxic?

In 2004, Lohan was a rising star in Hollywood, seen as one of her generation's most promising talents. But after several years of poor choices both career and personal, she is now known more for sometimes-bizarre headlines announcing trips to rehab or nightclubs or both. A frazzled-looking Lohan recently took a spill outside a nightclub and last week was spotted leaving a friend's house with a huge puff of white powder shooting from her shoes.

She has released only seven films to mass audiences since 'Mean Girls,' and nothing since the 2008 bomb 'Chapter 27,' which grossed a mere $56,215 according to Box Office Mojo.

Whether this move by 505 Games and Nintendo was intentional, it appears to be part of larger pattern regarding the removal of Lohan from 'Mean Girls' promotion altogether. Recent promos for 'Mean Girls' airing on television have put the focus on McAdams and her crew, leaving Lohan out of the commercials altogether.

Lindsay Lohan just show up to a lawyer's office to answer questions over a 2007 incident -- in which she allegedly hijacked an SUV containing 3 men and a baggie of ******* -- and chased another car ... while drunk.


LiLo is being sued by all three men in the SUV, who claim Lindsay held them hostage during the ride. Lindsay is also being sued by the person she allegedly chased that night.

Lindsay will be deposed in both cases today -- she's expected to arrive any minute.

UPDATE 11:38 AM PT: We're told Lindsay was inside a black SUV that pulled up ... then drove away before she got out. Stay tuned...

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan just bailed on her deposition in a case where she's being sued for allegedly holding three men hostagein an SUV.

Lindsay is being sued over the 2007 incident ... in which she allegedly hijacked an SUV -- with three men and a baggie of ***aine inside. Lindsay allegedly took the wheel and chased another car from [COLOR=#29a256! important][COLOR=#29a256! important]Malibu[/COLOR][/COLOR]

to Santa Monica, where she was ultimately arrested for DUI.

But this morning, Lindsay showed up to a lawyer's office in an SUV ... this time as a passenger .... in Venice, CA for her depo, but there was a conflict. Lawyers for the three men (and the lawyer for one of the women in the car she was chasing) wanted to grill Lindsay all day, but Lindsay said she only had a few hours.

After arriving an hour and a half late, Lindsay bailed without even getting out of the SUV. We're told the plaintiffs' lawyers told her if she wouldn't sit for her depo for the full day ... she shouldn't bother at all.

^right.and mostly,to me, this show how really alone she is..she has no one that can or is interested in giving her adivice and convincing her to do what's good for her and what's not. this at least,is what a someone who loves you and wants to protect you does when you cant' decide for youself. but clearly no one is there for her in this sense.
