Dear Miley Cyrus: Please put the inevitable house parties on hold and join the Hollywood club scene sooner rather than later—because it's so boring out right now!
For any club-rats in the LA area, you know the scene's pretty dead right now. The only "star" you're going to see out is Lindsay Lohan.
And her mom Dina, of course. Make us barf:
Linds hit up the opening of Hollywood's hopeful new hotspot Las Palmas Wednesday night, arriving around 10:30 and leaving at 2:00, only to house party it up until 7 a.m. But Lohan "wasn't drinking" at the club. Uh huh.
Who else is so sick of this same old friggin' story?
LL had a table to celebrate her guy-pal's b-day while Mom sat in a booth next to her 23-year-old daughter, chatting rather seriously with someone for a while. Somehow we're going to go out on a limb and say it wasn't about getting her daughter help.
Even though Dina may be the lesser of two evils when compared to Michael Lohan, it's still like choosing which Gosselinyou prefer. We would just rather go with neither, can we do that?
While at Las Palmas, LL had some new security guards who wouldn't let anyone she didn't know near the table.
Right, because Lindsay is so hot right now everyone's dying to hang out with the tan-line creator who used to be an actress.
Seriously, when is this all just going to end? Should we put a ban on Lindsay and all the Lohans?
Maybe if the press starts going away, like Lindsay claims she wants, this girl can actually focus on helping herself and staying out of jail. Or worse, the ground!
We've always been fans of Lohan's work (pre-I Know Who Killed Me) and think the gal is uber-talented. She just needs to stop wasting her money on trying to buy friends and extra-security and use it for acting classes again. Hollywood loves a comeback, prove us all wrong, girlfriend!
But until then, what do you guys think—should LL be banned from the column?

She needs a real manager, someone who can find real work for her. Dina is a joke and because of her Ali will never stand a chance either. I just watched Ali's video and I can see she could look really elegant with a little effort and grooming, but she's too much influenced by Lindsay.
Or maybe they're just all stupid and would have ended up this way anyway.

The E-Trade baby struck back at Lindsay Lohan -- and what a potty mouth on this kid!

Lawyers for the financial firm filed hundreds of pages detailing Lohan's d*** abuse, brawls and DWI busts -- including reams of profanity-laced Internet comments from detractors -- all under the guise of proving she lives in Hollywood and not Long Island, where the case was filed.

Despite the catalog of bad behavior the papers chronicle, E-trade claims it's not making the argument that she has already defamed herself far more than their commercial -- which features a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay -- ever did.

STATIC: Lindsay Lohan -- partying in LA last week -- is suing E-Trade over a TV ad (above) she says defames her.

Lohan is "a pot-stirring, lazy, irresponsible, disrespectful little drama queen," the papers -- filed in Nassau County Supreme Court -- quote one on-line commenter as saying.

"Why does anyone want to know what this train wreck is doing?" another adds. "She is the classic child star. A little success (parents pushed her into the business) at a young age and then she thinks she's the poo."

"How can she pay her rent and pay for her c***?" yet another writes. "That sugarcane she's sniffin' doesn't come cheap . . . "

The huge file of clippings is being used to advance the argument that Lohan is a Californian.

E-Trade is not, however, requesting a change of location to LA -- they want the court fight to be switched to Manhattan, where E-Trade has its corporate headquarters.

Dina Lohan, the star's mother, said the court papers are only going to help Lindsay's $100 million lawsuit.

"This is the whole reason we are suing them -- for demeaning Lindsay," Dina Lohan said. "They are just proving how they operate -- they play dirty."
Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, vowed to fight the motions to dismiss and to change the venue.

E-Trade lawyer Howard J. Rubin declined to comment on the case, but his papers claim that public records show Dina Lohan, not her daughter, owns the Merrick address given as Lindsay's in the lawsuit.

Lindsay's Dad to Judge: Force Her Into Rehab!

We all agree that Lindsay Lohan is on a downward spiral and needs [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]professional[/FONT][/FONT] help, but her father Michael Lohan is urging the judge not to send her to the slammer.

He thinks she should be ordered into rehab instead of the pokey. And we agree!

Lindsay: Problem, What Problem?"

Lindsay does NOT belong in jail. It will only hurt her. It will kill me and destroy Lindsay if the judge and DA give her jail time," Michael told Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY.

He continued, "I have been in Lindsay's position myself and jail did NOT help, God and serious rehabilitation did."

According to TMZ, Michael sent the judge a letter asking that she sends Lindsay to rehab and requires random [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]d**g [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]testing.[/FONT][/FONT]

And if the judge refuses to send her to rehab, he wants her probation extended on top of random d**g testing.

While Michael has the right idea, Lindsay never seems to get punished for breaking the law. She only served one day in jail after getting three DUI's before she was even legally old enough to drink. It's high time Lindsay pays for breaking the law.

Lindsay Lohan's life is hardly a fairy tale, but her father's rehab plan for her is straight out of Brothers Grimm -- because it involves locking her in a lavish castle in the middle of ... Long Island.

As we first reported, Michael Lohan asked the judge in Lindsay's DUI case to send LiLo to inpatient rehab in lieu of sending her to jail for missing alcohol education classes ... and the place Michael suggested to send her is the very pricey Oheka Castle.

Only two problems: First, the castle isn't a rehab facility, it's a lavish hotel and resort where celebs like Kevin Jonas get married.

Second, a rep for Oheka tells TMZ it would cost $10,000 a day to rent the top section of the castle -- the only part that's isolated enough to serve as a rehab getaway.

That's a little steep for Lindsay these days, but Michael claims, "several family members have come forward" to help pay for Lindsay's treatment. He's also hoping the castle's owner will give him a friends and family discount.

Once upon a time, indeed.
