^ Actually, countless people have tried to help her. Tina Fey led an intervention for her! Lindsay doesn't want help because she believes she doesn't have a problem. And I don't agree that the legal system has failed her- it's Lindsay who refuses to comply with it. The courts have done nothing but offer help and understanding, everyone has been more than lenient with her but she continually makes a mockery of it and acts like she is above the law. There is nothing else the legal system can do for her besides sentence her to jail. Nothing else has worked so maybe that's the only thing that might get her on the straight and narrow.

if this was a non-celeb they would have been in jail by now.
but because its lindsay, for some reason jail isnt a solution.
they may say it is, but shell only end up there for another 84 minutes only to be bailed out yet again.

the only thing that is going to help lindsay is if she spent time in jail and away from whoever and whatever shes doing.
paris had to stay in jail, so why doesnt lindsay?
lindsay is constantly breaking the laws shes supposed to be following with the SCRAM braclet and all that, yet they still wont do anything but up the bail.
its absolutely ridiculous.

theres an excuse for everything she does, and by letting her slip on by like this, they are encouraging her to do so.
they need to get the meanest shiit of a judge who wont care and throw her in jail or a live-in rehab center.

by letting her keep doing what shes doing they arent helping at all.
sure they could have tried in the past, but they have to be persistant or its not going to work.
force her into getting help.
letting her do this any longer then she has been doing it isnt going to help.
shell be dead before shes 30 if they dont do something.

She and her mother seem to have no concept of the desperate situation she is in...bragging about all of the work she is doing and has lined up! If she avoids jail time (again) and/or a long term rehab, her prospect of actually getting hired and finding a project in her current 'condition' is very questionable; I mean, when is the last time she 'starred in' a film?? She does these two day cameo appearances and they act like she is the driving force behind the production!!... I actually think her mental health is iffy- she is unstable even when she is (apparently) straight...

Lindsay can add Superhero to her resume! Not only one day's work (the first day she's been on a movie set since last summer) she also did "380's matrix style"? Does that mean Inferno is going to involve a lot of slow motion gun firing action? No wonder she's been going to the gym once a month! I bet she bent over backwards on the shoot, really far, like Neo in the Matrix This is going to be a great film I can tell already. Maybe Dina can talk to Disney and get them to build a Lindsay Lohan Inferno ride at Disneyland?

"People are going to say: 'Oh, Lindsay Lohan is doing a p*rno.' But it's not like that.

"I've never played someone's true-life story before. A lot of the other movies I did were just brainless for me. So it's nice to play something where I'm able to experience all these different emotions."

Well, you're right...They always called James Brown the hardest working man in show business; now that he's gone, I guess it falls to Lindsay to work herself almost to death! Remember her falling down (repeatedly) in Cannes? That was just exhaustion from so much work! Look at how she was willing to risk her very freedom and miss court just to spend night after night on some yacht getting the financing and producers lined up for her upcoming masterpiece "Cycle Sluts from Hell!!" - oh, not that one- maybe it was the Lovelace thing, but- whatever...She's a trouper- no doubt about it... B) Now if that judge would just get off her back so she could accept some of the many starring roles that are always coming in to she and her mother, everything would be OK...

I don't understand how she can shoot this movie about a p*rn star/prostitute while she has the ankle bracelet on? It would distract from the film if they showed it on camera. It's not like she can just take it off at will, so either she'd have to wear pants or boots, or they'd just have to never shoot her from the knees down. Seems like it could really complicate filming?

^ This fantasy movie, which has no financing, distributor, or cast, is supposed to be shot in the Fall, and of course by then Lindsay will have moved on from her current problems and will be back to working with visions of sugarplums dancing in her head...
